Blog Post
16, huh? I turn 16 this may too, so PvZ having a birthday so close to mine always felt nice, especially since it's been there for me since my childhood! I have so many wonderful things to share, so let's get to the questions!
My first memory was watching a favorite youtuber of mine playing PvZ 1, which is how I found out about it. I remember playing the mobile version of the game (back when it was good, cough cough), and asking my older brother if he can help me beat the final boss. Oh, what a time
GW2 is my favorite, no doubt, and I feel like I speak for a lot of people here! It has everything, fun variants, silly dialogue, many abilities, insane gameplay. Though, BFN did a lot of things better that the community often forgets about (better cosmetics, even if there's less of them, and a MUCH better story mode). I also loved the original PvZ 1!
Ohhh favorite character... that's tough... I love Breakfast Brainz though... Such a GREAT design!!! Same with Tank Commander and Future cactus... And of course, who can forget Dave "Crazy Dave" Blazing himself... Oh, and Gnomus!!!!!
I remember playing GW2 with people on Xbox, we did a lot of fun stuff, between playing Garden and Graveyard ops, teaching people where all the gnomes are, and maybe even a little bit of damage glitch grinding in the backyard... (Am I allowed to mention this...? It feels illegal...)
Unfortunately I have no merch... If you ever re-release an official plushie or something, I would LOVE to get my hands on it (Even if it'd be tough for me personally)
Bonding with people through playing GW2... And maybe watching Wolfy Playz- (what a great guy, LOVE his content)
This whole "Sweet 16" thing combined with that one PvZ Reloaded thing a few months back has been a true blessing. It feels like I'm breathing fresh air as a PvZ fan! (Or is it just copium...?)
Thank you so much for this, PopCap. I trust that what you do with this franchise is right. I can't wait to see what's next, and seeing all those teasers tells me there IS something next... See you may 9th!
