What is your first memory of Plants vs Zombies? I have pretty much discovered the franchise when, while looking around on YouTube during my childhood, some Youtuber showed the very first PvZ on their channel. After that I got the game on my old PC and pretty much finished it in a week. Did everything except for Survival.... Hmmm, not sure why but never was a big fan of the survival modes.
What is your favourite Plants vs Zombies game? I played pretty much each game and liked them all but Garden Warfare (the very first one) holds a bit of a special place in my hearth since it was pretty much the game that managed to make me care about shooters, never was a big fan of shooters (probably still not really even today) but that game was fun and menaged to get my hype... Have to admit tho that GW2 is technically better under a lot of aspects but GW holds a special place still.
What is your favourite character of the whole franchise? The first Zombot, the big robot Dr. Zomboss uses for the final battle in the first game, That final battle was really cool from the music to the looks of the boss to the very idea of being a proper boss battle in a game that does't really have any besides that one. I still remember when the Zombopolis map came out for GW2 and the fact the very last objective involved destroying/defending one of them still brings a smile to my face every time I menage to get to that last objective.
What was your favourite interaction with other players? Not sure what to answer here but one thing I really liked, outside of simply being able to play online with other people in the GWs and BfN, was the Backyard Battleground in GW2, because being able to invite my friends to an open area to mess around was pretty fun, and the two bases and Giddy Park in BfN, just being able to see a bunch of other people running around and fighting even just in the "menu area" really made the whole game feel more alive and like a prope small world of sorts.
Do you own any Plants vs Zombies merch? I mostly own a bunch of the comics, I knew about the merchandise but when I was younger I didn't have much money to spend and now... I Guess i have no idea where to get official merch from? I have seen some sold on Amazon and the like but I remember that there was an official store back in the days?
What is your funniest or best memory? Best memory has to be when me and my brother had finally finished the grind to Max all the characters in GW to unlock the Rainbow Chomper in GW2, we spent like month getting through all the level up challenges until finally I did the last one during a single player session of Garden Ops in the morning with Count Chompula
Anything else to share? Not much, it's been quite a while since I heard from PvZ, after Battle for Neighborville fell flat on it's face I havent's heard much going on for the franchise besides some stuff about PvZ 3's playtests and "Project Bathtub" being cancelled... Still a bit sad about that. I'm just curious about the future of the serie's.... also kinda hope BfN could get a bit of love again, it was messy but dam if it ain't a bit sad how it was left after a year.... also the zombies there still have 1 more character than the plants and that is just really annoying to think about.
