Community ManagerPlants Vs Zombies is one of the best and most iconic gaming series of all time hands down. This game has provided entertainment for 16 years, and has impacted many peoples lives. The fact that this franchise is 16 years old is insane, it feels like yesterday I was playing the first game on my iPad. It truly breaks my heart to see the state the franchise is in now. I hope one day there will be more games, or even an update to previous games like Garden Warfare 2, my personal favorite from this series. Now as for the questions, I'll answer everything below.
What is your first memory of Plants vs Zombies?
I cant remember my first time playing any of the games, as I was very little when I first found the series. My earliest memory is walking into a restaurant with my mom, dad, and brother and us waiting for service as I played the first game on my iPad. I think I was playing the column like you see 'em, as I remember it being a roof level and I had a column full of wallnuts.
What is your favourite Plants vs Zombies game?
My favorite game is Garden Warfare 2. I love the other games, but just Garden Warfare 2 was a whole other experience. I remember all me and my friends would play for months was Garden Warfare 2. This game not only entertained me, but gave me memories I'll never forget.
What is your favourite character of the whole franchise?
My favorite character would have to either go to the Jester Zombie from PVZ 2 or the Skytrooper from GW1 and 2.
What was your favourite interaction with other players?
I don't have just one favorite interaction with other players, but two. First, when me and my friends played GW2's Infinity Time gamemode one of my friends had such bad internet and kept lagging, but his lag would complete any of the quests given to us even if we failed them which was very fun for us. Secondly, theres this guy I would always get into matches with, and around this time I was just getting back into GW2 so I was rusty, and this guy was always on the opposing team and was probably the best player I've ever met so he always killed me. One day he got onto my team and we teamed up and won the match like it was nothing. I then later friend requested him and he accepted, and after that we would always team up when we got into a game together.
Do you own any Plants vs Zombies merch?
yes, a lot. I have a giant bin filled with plushies thats overflowing. I have some of the Knex figures and I used to have the sets but I don't know what happened to them. I have some figurines too, not many but a good amount.
What is your funniest or best memory?
My best memory was when I beat the Royal Hypno Flower boss fight in GW2. This boss is my favorite one to fight in this game and when I first discovered how fun it was to play I had such a fun time.
Anything else to share?
Yes, I am a long time fan of these games, and would really love to see them come back. I never got the chance to play GW1 when people played it, I never got the chance to play GW2 multiplayer because I didn't have xbox live. I've started playing the games on steam, but I might never be able to experience GW2's town hall events or community challenges, which really upsets me. Please update GW2 again, it's my and many other favorite game from this franchise and me and many others would love to see it come back.
