Plants vs Zombies is turning 16 today!

My first memory of pvz is probably getting cattail and being obsessed over it because it could hit every lane. 

My favorite game might be pvz2 because of all the new plants it added, although I mainly play modded versions of it after beating it vanilla. I watch a lot of challenge runs or just content in general for the second game.  

Although I loved cattail in the first game, my all time favorite character has to be chester the chomper just because I remember playing it all the time as a kid (same with the cheeto scientist).

I think my best memory from the series was using the treasure chest "zombie" in Heroes as my only strategy and embracing the rng.

I love all the pvz games and am excited for whatever the new project is, whether its a new tower defense, card game, shooter, or even something else.

p.s. : I think a bloons tower defense colab would be awesome

1. I remember playing plants vs zombies on my mother's cellphone when I was 3 years old.
2. I would say both GW1 and 2 I can't decide but a lot of great memories come to my mind when I think about them.
3. Obviously the chomper! But I gotta say night cap is my number 2.
4. I remember playing GW2 with my cousins and we used to explore the map.
5. Yes, I got a basic zombie toy, an ice peashooter plush and that's it I think.
6. Pvz is a part of me since I was a kid, I practically grew with it and is one of the most special things in my heart, I really hope GW3 btw.

What is your first memory of Plants vs Zombies?  My first memory with this franchise was with the first pvz game playing on my grandmas laptop, with the beautiful colors, amazing music, and memorable character designs I instantly fell in love with the franchise. I also distinctly remember crazy Dave scaring me as a kid

What is your favorite Plants vs Zombies game? My favorite game is pvz garden warfare when I first heard it was gonna release to ps3 I got so excited I and waited patiently to get it. And it was my introduction into the shooter genre, and it’s still a game I come back to this day.

What is your favorite character of the whole franchise? My top 3 favorite characters are peashooter, torchwood (from gw2), and imp and z-mech.

Do you own any Plants vs Zombies merch? Yes! I own two plushies of a peashooter and zombie as well as that cool z-mech statue from preordering the deluxe edition of pvz gw2.

What is your funniest or best memory? My best memories are customizing the plants and zombies with the coolest hats and accessories or blinging out my scientists.

Anything else to share? I just really love this franchise I’ve owned every game in the franchise I would love to see this franchise come back. Obviously I would jump out of my seat if we get another shooter game like garden warfare 3, but even to get updates to older titles or try something different with the franchise like a story driven game, no matter what I will still be here supporting my favorite game. Hi I love the entire Plants vs Zombies franchise soo much! 😆 My first memory from pvz has to be when I opened up Gw2 for the first time on Playstation. That's when I started to fall in love with this incredible world. After that I've later started to play the mobile games and I'm currently playing the original pvz1. 

My favorite pvz game has to be Gw2, I mean that game is just perfect👌 

My favorite character is probably either kernel corn or footsoldier I do also love the Imp. 

Sadly I do not own any merch but It would be cool 😎

I have lots of cool moments that I've had while playing gw2 or bfn, I don't know which was the funniest since It's been something fun all the time!! ❤️❤️

16 Years of a Peak franchise, I’ve had so many good memories with Plants vs. Zombies as a whole, but I’ve got to say, my greatest memory playing this game comes from the times me and my brothers would play GW2 split screen together. My favorite character is most likely the Peashooter, due to it being in the game from the start. My favorite game is by far GW2 and I hope that game is not forgotten.

What is your first memory of Plants vs Zombies? When the original PvZ came out on iOS. Back then I was just a kid, but I loved playing that game over and over again.

What is your favourite Plants vs Zombies game? DEFINITELY Plants vs. Zombies Heroes. I think it is hands down one the best mechanically designed digital cards games I have ever seen. I was super excited when it got a balance update early this year, definitely reignited my passion for the game.

What is your favourite character of the whole franchise? Oh man, I have a soft spot for spikeweed. I don't know why, they were always just a really fun plant to use.

What was your favourite interaction with other players? I remember a lot of my time playing Garden Warfare 2 Garden ops. with people online, really fun. 

Do you own any Plants vs Zombies merch? I own a lot of the older comics! Grown Sweet Home and Bully For You were always great rereads.

What is your funniest or best memory? I remember reading the comics for the first time when I was younger. Lots of fun.

My first memory of PvZ was playing the first game on my tablet when i was younger, my family was really into those old creepy clown prank videos and those scared me a lot so playing PvZ 1 helped me ignore it (couldn't leave the room since my parents needed to supervise me).

Though my favourite would be Garden Warfare 2, I do love GW1 but GW2 is just that but better. I loved bonding with my siblings and playing around with the characters. 

My favourite character would be Captian Deadbeard, i love sniper and shotgun (like) characters, and deadbeard was bretty much those two things. His exsistance made me quote joyous.

ive never actually interacted with the community, ive joined servers on discord but never talked much.

my best memory was unlocking torchwood and the hover goat 3000, yes i spent months grinding for them. I was so proud of myself for finally managing to do it.

Finally, I really hope more games come out, hell even a remaster of the game will make my day. Just hope it doesnt turn into some matching game, gardenscapes, just something wacky and creative for the games. maybe even a Garden Warfare 3

Garden warfare 2 updates are never happening oms

I am Stock, (“StockierSteam36”) on Xbox. I am a long time PvZ fan, considering myself semi-og in some of the PvZ games. I consider myself to be okay-ish at least at PvZ GW2. I love to play with my friend BoxmBash, and we usually get on Friday nights. Garden Warfare 2 on a Friday is amazing!

What is your first memory of Plants vs Zombies?

The first memory of Plants vs Zombies was when I was still very young. I saw my Dad playing this computer game on our MAC featuring a bright green lawns, sun, and some whacky looking plants and zombies. I soon tried it, my Dad gave me some tips. And then the rest is history, I became rather good at the first Plants vs Zombies, and I soon expanded my taste to the other games.

What is your favourite Plants vs Zombies game? 

My favourite Plants vs Zombies game definitely has to be Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2. It is SO fun. I can play it for hours on end, and not get bored. Recently I have been playing hide and seek with my friend on private servers. I love trying new stuff in a game I’ve had for so long. I am definitely team consoles, but I cannot deny the sheer amount of fun, memories, nostalgia and other goodness I got from the mobile games.

What is your favourite character of the whole franchise? 

Has to be Scuba Soldier from PvZ GW2. I saw him in a top 5 characters video and have loved playing him ever since. He has such a cool weapon completely contrast to most of the foot soldier class. Very cool design, and he even appears as an NPC for Boat Blast! Honourable mention to the formidable spooky squash in PvZ GW2. Based off the squash, he has such a cool design. I love his jack o’ lantern face, and his gameplay in his Boss Hunt is really challenging. I had so much fun playing Boss Hunt when it was still available (despite failing multiple times with clueless teammates.)

What was your favourite interaction with other players?

My favourite interaction with other players was  when me and my teammates were just having an emote fest. Flexing all of our emotes was fun. I have had so much of these moments so can’t exactly pick one of them.

Do you own any Plants vs Zombies merch? 

Yes! I have some comics, and I recently got the Peashooter Youtooz figurine.

What is your funniest or best memory?

My funniest memory was when my friend (BoxmBash) was pushing me around with imp punts (we were on the same team) so that he could get me to fall into the secret zombie base portal. I stood there, he pushed me, we almost got to the base, but then I moved resetting the solid amount of time he put into pushing me. We ended up laughing our heads off.

Anything else to share?

I will say I do miss the good times of Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2; definitely my favourite game. I loved the other modes in the townhall rotation we don’t currently have mainly Boss Hunt, Cats vs Dinos and Soil Survivors. I still don’t have the Boss Hunt Achievements so I hope they will return one day so I can complete PvZ GW2’s achievements.

Thank you so much for all the fun, memories and goodness you have provided to us through your amazing games. I wish to see more games that innovate and expand on their predecessors. I do hope at least Boss Hunt and Cats vs Dinos come back to PvZ GW2. But nonetheless, thank you for all the PvZ games. I really appreciate that you guys came to ask us what our fondest memories were! I hope to see more stuff like this, where we can actively engage and converse because I had a blast sharing my experiences on PvZ. Once again, THANK YOU.
