any update at all?
Been almost a week of alot of us not being able to access the game via our mobile.
This is getting ridiculous especially when you can fix the Jar Jar event in a few hours. Good way to lose customers!

I'm not able yet to decently play a mobile game using my mobile
Every time I try to do a battle (Arenas, GAC, TW, TB, Conquest, ...) the lag starts, overheat starts and the game becomes unplayable ... Samsung S22, it should not be considered an outdated mobile phone, right ?

Well, is there any sort of progress or do we get an update?
Phone overheating all the time alongside the issues with game crashes and so on since the update, now almost 5 days later nothing seems to happen.
What normally takes an around 30minutes enjoyable time span everyday per account now expands to be a burden of time to invest because of the random crashes, freezes and again and again endless loading screens.
Get this fixed, it is already been long enough that we are missing out on stuff because of that.

Same issues here with my s22+, crashing/lagging/massively overheating, this has caused me to loose gl tokens, gac battles, conquest battles etc and a massive lose of resources. On top of that the superheating of my phone is very very worrying and very dangerous.

This is still causing huge issues. GAC, Conquest and all other battles are unplayable. It is 100% looks like it's to do with the new UI update. Please update on the steps you're taking at the very least - even if it's to say you're aware, will work on a fix and reimburse for all the difficulties caused

Any chance of any kind of update on this? It's now been a week and a lot of players are missing out on a lot of rewards. Personally I'm missing out on unlocking Jar Jar as the time it takes to get through tier 5 is too long for the game to run while this issue is present, my phone goes into a safety mode and closes all apps.
The bug is bad but at this point I feel the complete silence on a resolution is worse.

@CG MEATHEAD it's been 6 days dude...
Noticed that in your post it says ( low player base affected) so is that why the team are taking the **bleep**? Some seriously dedicated players waiting on you guys to sort it out clearly it's not affecting your revenue or else you would of sorted in literal minutes....
