where do i submit a ticket?
no clue, I tried thru the in-game HELP button, it took me to an AI chat feature that asked me for my email and name and then said this isn't a real-time chat. So I have no clue what else to do.
ditto same here. In-game help takes to ai chat that is unhelpful. Have left info, but don't hold out much hope. Logging here to add to noise of those who are not receiving the advertised rewards in the hope that something seen/done/we are pointed to a useful way to log the issue.

What system do you live in? I mean, for not going there.
Tried buying the R2 LSB on the web store. It charged my card then went in game. Got a mail with 2800 crystals and 2000 coaxium saying it wasn't able to process the transaction. Now the R2 bundle is gone and it still charged my card. Where the hell is the item I purchased CG?
Hey folks. I used to buy the conquest passes. But CGs complete turn to the dark side and disregard for any of us Star Wars fans. And all the exploration, lying, manipulation, deception and just flat out greed has brought me to the conclusion that not only would palpatine be so proud of CG. But CG is not a company I want to ever give a dime to again. And I hope everyone else does the same because it’s the only way they’ll listen. CG’s greed is out of control and they have lost all of the Star Wars spirit and George Lucas would be ashamed of how you’re treating his legacy and taking advantage of and exploiting the fans.

If you purchased LSB's on the PC do they count towards the kessel run?

I mean.... they should sure, i get the feeling that they will base it off of WHEN you purchased it though? iirc the LSBs went on sale a few hours before this kessel run BS went live and i can see them being pedantic about it. doesnt hurt to mention it in your ticket though
