Update from earlier known issue messaging

Thank you! I know other will still complain about other problems, but I want it to be known at least someone appreciates the recognition of the problem and appreciate that there is a fix coming. It feels like the right steps are being taken more recently and it is being noticed. So once again thank you.

So, no compensation for those of us who bought the exclusively paid for 80-95 era materials, now that those levels are achievable by anyone (by CG's error), because we bought them *before* today's update?
Borderline fraud, mate. Nobody would've bought the 20$ pack for Cassian if this was known beforehand. You (as in CG as a whole, not Meathead in particular) didn't even plan for this to happen. and it's clearly an error.
I stand on ground that people who bought 80-95 era mats should be additionaly compensated, wether or not they bought them before or after the update.

Could we fix the issue where the cyrax gets one shot and u cant kill it and ur at 40%? Because it seems stupid that its like that it works like that

Players must have felt this was a serious issue from the beginning. Many players were probably disappointed by your last statement.

I think how and what you communicate is incredibly important.

How about the none reward for Major Partagaz (mask of fear) that only granted 2 episode points, that got forgotten ?

At least y'all are planning on compensating us. The message earlier really read like you were just gonna let things be for a week (in regards to era level and resources required).

And for those who bought two 71/80 material packs last week and will now have to buy 7 rank 26/35 packs to complete the last 3 characters...

The Dryax just gets one shot and then you can’t damage the other one at all. I think that whenever they made the change that shows us the health percentage difference they changed some other code as well. 

Meanwhile there are other issues, like what the heck when checking TB stat today after the update....
