Hi Sims 4 Team I have some packs that are not working in game and they are Crystal Creations, Bathroom Clutter, Grunge Revival, Modern Luxe, Restortion Workshop, Golden Years, Poolside Splash, Kitchen Clutter How can I get them to work please Help......... :(

    i agree  i buy the garden one with fairies and now the new one and i play it the day it downloads and the next day they dont exist
