I FIXED MY SAVES! I noticed a second sims 4 file in my documents that i didn't create or move there, but it was in the PUBLIC folder, not my usual place in my profile folder. I moved my sims 4 folder from its usual location to C:\Users\Public\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 and it worked! it loaded all my saves back! I can't believe it! I don't know if this will work for everyone, but give it a shot, just don't delete any folders! Always have a backup copy on your desktop. - Samantha

Could I get a bit details from you on this to help with our investigation?
- Can you let me know exactly what issues you were experiencing with your saves, and what's working for you now?
- Which file specifically did you move, was it a save file or your save folder, and where exactly did you move it to? If you could share some screenshot as well, that would be super helpful.
- Are you using OneDrive or any other cloud sync services?
Thank you!
