Simmers,

Today, we are releasing a quick fix for an issue affecting players who have updated to the most recent patch and have The Sims 4 Parenthood Game Pack installed. The fix is live for PC and Mac. PlayStation and Xbox will follow shortly.

      I’m on the ps5 and the error hasn’t changed on our side yet  either but they said expect an update or quick fix to the update

    I have just updated and I am still getting the same visual glitch, although it is no longer crashing my game

    EDIT: I had to reload a could of times before it went away.

    Thank you. After downloading the patch and clearing my cache files my game now seems to be fixed -fingers crossed- looking good so far anyway!

    mine still isnt working even after clearing my cache, it seemed like it was at first but after a couple of minutes it started having the same issue again

    Thanks for all you did to fix the issue! My game is working now that I emptied the cache and turned off all mods. May be a mods issue for anyone still having issues.
