Friday Highlights - April 10th

Spring has fully arrived, the weather is getting warmer, and my seasonal allergies are officially out of control 🙃 Did you all have a lovely Easter? Did the Flower Bunny bring you lots of treats? I got a 3lb chocolate easter bunny, and I’ve already eaten the entire thing!

Let’s see what fun things we can dig up with this week’s highlights! 

• This week, we’re starting off strong with one of the most popular gameplay stories on the forums that has just recently been revived, Under The Tartosan Sun, written by DaniRose2143​. This lovely story picks up right where the previous chapters left off, with the gang all back together. This week, Danielle and Londyn head to San Myshuno for an exciting TV interview, and meet with an old friend, Mimi. So if you’ve been curious what the sisterhood has been up to recently, be sure to tune in to this revival story and catch up! 🏖️👙
  
  
• For me, The Sims is the most fun when it’s completely randomized, and now thanks to leonyjianmu​, we can get even more random with this new Aspiration Generator! All you need to do is fill in your Sims traits, and you’ll be given an option for 3 different aspirations to play that fit with your selected traits. And if you don’t like any of the 3 suggestions, just roll again 🎲🎲🎲 So test your luck, see what you get, and let us know what you get! 
  
  
• Calling all builders! Up next, we have a Build Request from nh2212​, who’s looking for some help with a mermaid themed royal castle🧜🏽‍♀️🏰 While you mostly have free reign on this build, there are just a few requirements- this property should be beach front and include 6 bedrooms, a greenhouse, a throne and ballroom, and most importantly, an underwater cemetery. There are no pack restrictions for this build, and while you do have a shell to work with, you have complete freedom to edit, rework, or delete it entirely. Give this build a go if you’re feeling creative, and share screenshots of what you make! 
  
  
• I’ve recently taken up cross stitching as a new hobby, and since I love handmade crafting so much, why not start in The Sims with this new challenge created by Jadeleine​, The Handmade Challenge! For this challenge, you’ll be living a fully handmade lifestyle by making your income through selling crafted items, and building yourself a new home. The end goal is to max out 5 different crafting skills, build your dream house, and decorate with all your handmade decor. Ready to get crafting?
