A week on The Sims Forums
Sul Sul !
It’s already June, we are almost halfway through 2026. But most importantly, it is Pride month! 🌈 So happy Pride month to all the simmers who celebrate 🤗 ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
No news this week, but make sure to check out EA_Solaire’s new challenge!

- We're kicking off with an interesting question from GalacticGal : have you ever had to disappoint your sim? What if your sims’ plans don’t align with yours? Do you try to accommodate as best as you can, or do you deviate from their own wants when needed? I don’t play many scenarios or stories, so my only examples are forbidding my sims to raid the fridge or spend hours on the computers if I allow them autonomy, so maybe I disappointed my sims by cancelling their actions (but they won’t know about it… or will they?). If it happened in the context of a story with a big life decision like the one GalacticGal is describing, I guess I would probably pick what I like best, to be honest 😆 What about you?
- 🧖If your sims would like to relax, SerraNolwen’s Cloudtop Spa will probably do the trick! This relaxation place is located at the top of a skyscraper and built on two floors, which gives an incredible view of San Myshuno. There are plenty of activities available for your sims, whether they’d like to get a massage, swim in the infinity edge pool, head to the outdoor hot tubs or simply enjoy a cup of coffee in the lounge. The premise is decorated with different shades of green with neutral colours and lots of plants, perfect to take the edge off the troubles of daily life. Make sure to check out this build if you’d like to add a fancy touch to one of your skyscrapers!
- 👗 As we all know, simmers are one of the most creative fanbases out there, whether it comes to stories, challenges, or builds. But today I wanted to give a shoutout to Moochellie but her stunning Simspired sewing project, who has been replicating one of the game’s dresses from the Seasons pack! The dress is absolutely lovely and perfect for summer to come. There are some details about the creation process, I suggest you have a look, it’s really interesting to see how the final product came to life! I have so much admiration for people who are able to create their own clothes, and being able to use The Sims as an inspiration is so sweet. Can we start making orders to Moochellie yet? 👀
- 💑This year marks the 10th Anniversary of gender customisation options in the game, and NoahLGP would like to know how much you have been using them since they came out. I am super glad for the clothing options so that any sim can wear any clothes without being limited to one gender, and it looks like others are happy to have the choice too! Are you using the genre customisation options often? Which ones?
- 👑 Finally, OrangeYambles is coming up with another attempt at a generation challenge, The Kang Legacy. The aim of this challenge is to complete 5 generations of small chapters where sims are free to drive the story. The first iteration is the Interlude chapter where we are being introduced to Emma Kang-Johnson, a very skillful and confident young woman who recently discovered she had a noble lineage. But when a new baby is set to arrive in the family, Emma feels it might disrupt her legacy and inheritance… but Emma is clever, she acts quick and already has a plan to make sure her heritage will remain undisputed.
And that concludes another week of highlights! Have a great weekend everyone, and see you soon!
