- mattjambobNew SpectatorI'm glad they're going back to update the NPCs. But they need to look at warming Bella, Nina, and Dina's skintones. I understand these are just concepts, but I hope they're seeing the feedback of them regardless. Love what they've done with Mortimer!

- 83bienchenSeasoned NoviceI think some of it has just been bad advertising.
The "who needs menswear when you can have Stefan Cooke's menswear" was bound to raise voices calling for just ordinary menswear (me included). Anyhow, I think there's a line and no one has to be rude about it. EA always said that kits would be mainly aimed at niche themes and that is what this pack is. - KatAnubisRising Novice

I just wish that there had been more moderation of the chat. I saw some things being taken down but not all the toxicity.
I wish people would realize that even if something isn't to your taste, it doesn't mean that it isn't something that *others* have been begging to have. So many people saying "this isn't masculinity" when it's just another aspect (even if it's not *their* aspect.) While it would be lovely to have more "mainstream" masculine clothes, we do get some with every pack. Not so with the sort of things in the new kit. It's not to my taste but I celebrate that others I've seen saying they wished for this can *finally* have them. (And those who don't like them, aren't stuck with having them because they want the gameplay in the pack.) "RelinaSkye;c-18013301" wrote:
They mentioned wanting feedback on the changes to the NPC Townies. I think that you should keep in mind that when Simmers talk about fixing Townies that they want them to reflect on previous games along with giving them warm and cold-weather outfits. Meaning that Simmers want the characters to look like they did in previous games. Fake Gamer Girl did an awesome job when she remade these characters to look like their Sims 2 versions. What we saw on the live stream did not really reflect the previous versions of the characters. If I had to choose between what was shown and what we have to keep in my game, I would probably keep what I have. However, out of the four I liked Mortimore the most.
I think you can tweet directly at simgurujessica as I believe she was the one taking feedback and also responded to some feedback on Twitter. I might have the wrong guru though I'm not sure.- Was trying to catch up on the livestream now (had a conflicting zoom at the time, so had to miss it) and fur was flying over the inclusion aspect in the comments. Had me thinking: whereas seeing men in skirts (kilts being a different kettle of fish) isn't what I'm used to, it wasn't that long ago that people were outraged at women wearing pants. Before that, they thought the aeroplane would be the death of us all because we weren't meant to fly and it went against nature. :D Looking back at how we humans fear everything new, we can laugh at ourselves and it's healthy.

Reply to "are these new recipes?" - SEREFRASSeasoned VeteranI really hope the eggnog is drinkable for the sims & not just an object.

Ugh I know I can watch the replay but I'm sad I won't be home to watch it live and participate in the chat ?
I love these little livestreams they do.
It's okay @Babykittyjade , I won't be watching it live either! I usually just read a recap after, but we can watch the replay and have our own chat if you want.
I'm watching it right now before I read about the updates ???
