I now have a mailman that just stands by the mailbox incessantly waving to no one. Will not register planting lily or snapdragon no matter WHAT season AND will not register I've read the dam newsletter. Lovely.

    Me too on the mailman thing. I solved it by forcing the Sim to leave the lot using the MCCC mod. the next day they come back and successfully deliver the mail.
