Community ManagerI live in South Africa, the Southern hemisphere, which means we have our holidays in the summer season. So what the holidays means for me are a lot of day time get togethers with friends to soak up the beautiful weather and socialise either at someone's home, grilling and playing board games, or enjoying various restaurant venues to have drinks and catching up on the latest gossip.
We also have our own little Christmas celebration BBQ potluck style where we get together about a week before Christmas because everyone is mostly with their families on that day. I love summer holidays 🥰🥰🥰

Awe, i just wanted to say this sounds really nice! South Africa sounds so very family oriented when it comes to the holidays as opposed to where i live where it feels as if everything revolves around materialistic aspects or status. I hope you have many wonderful holidays to come!
47str52o52l0 yes! No matter what culture you come from in South Africa, everyone is super family-oriented. On Sunday I'm flying out to the Eastern Cape to spend the holidays with my mom and sister, the first I'm able to that since they moved there in 2015. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
