Bug Reporting – Guide

Hello Commanders,

If you encounter a bug in the game, please report it in the Tiberium Alliances Technical Issues | EA Forums and fill in the template below. This helps us to take care of the issue and solve it as soon as possible.

Please always use the search function first and see if others had the same problem as you (in most cases they do). This helps us keeping this forum organized and prevent redundant post. Thanks!

Please note that we are not working on weekends (this includes Friday evening). We will get back to you as soon as possible on Monday morning. Thank you for your understanding.

When reporting a bug please always give us as many details as possible, such as:

• Account: <account that experienced the issue>
• World: <world name or id on which the bug was perceived>
• Date/Time: <date and time when the bug happened>
• Browser (Version)/ Operating System: <browser (including version if possible) and operating system used when the bug appeared>
• Describe the Bug/ what happened: <describe what you did to experience the error, what the error looked like<

optional:

• Steps to reproduce the error: <step/actions to perform in order to recreate the bug>
• Additional Details: <any additional information which might be useful as well as screenshots, console outputs etc.>
