Getting disconnected mid game
Hi guys As the title suggests I keep getting thrown out of my games. This will happen at any given moment or time. It appears as I lose connection and lag out. Which seems weird to me because usually if I experience lag, I also lag in discord. But this isn’t the case. After lagging out the game wont let me reconnect due to a connection error. If I want to reconnect I need to quit my game via steam and reboot it. Which obviously is quite annoying. All drivers are up to date & steam files are verified. When I have task manager running nothing shows up as problematic. Hopefully someone can help! Thanks. PC SPECS: AMD ryzen 7 5800x GPU geforce rtx 4070 RAM DDR 4 - 3600 32 GB SSD 1 TB samsung 980 pro
Bug - Octane Spotlight Pass
Hi, Let me start by saying, i'm absolutely not against this bug because it gave me 3 levels for free. But at the same time I have been working in software development for 15+ years, so a bug needs to be reported. One of the challenges for Octane consists of three tiers for dealing Damage: Deal 5.000 damage as Octane (+10) (-OR- deal 2.000 damage as Octane in BR) Deal 10.000 damage as Octane (+10) (-OR- deal 5.000 damage as Octane in BR) Deal 20.000 damage as Octane (+20) (-OR- deal 10.000 damage as Octane in BR) Prior to my game, which was Mixtape; Control; Storm Point; for possible repro reasons I was on the team that starts at site A, I had dealt 9.700 damage. Meaning I was 300 damage away from completing challenge T2. In the Control game I dealt approx. 2.300 damage, so I would have completed T2 and would be starting T3. (Additional info for devs; I also completed 2 event challenges and 1 daily challenge) When I proceeded to the lobby after the game I received multiple levels from the spotlight pass. Which seemed odd to me, since I only cleared a single spotlight challenge which would give me +10. After checking the potential cause for this (appreciated) free gift, I realized that once I finished the 10.000 damage (T2) it also said I completed 20.000 damage (T3). Which also explained the 3 levels I cleared, since that would be a sum of +10 (T2) & +20(T3). TL;DR: Play mixtape for damage with Octane, finish T2 & receive T3 for free.
FPS DROP DX12
Bonjour, j'ai remarqué une perte de performance conséquente sur DX12. Je possède une 4090, un I714700KF et 32 GB de RAM. Pour exemple, il y a environ deux saisons en 1440p j'avais 300 FPS constants avec un 1% low à 295. DX12 était qu'en bêta et récent mais il était très performant. Aujourd'hui mêmes settings, même configuration. J'ai entre 200/240 fps avec un 1% low a 170. Ce qui représente une perte de presque 1/3 des performance. Pourquoi ?
EAC doesnt work
Hay my name is bartek my ea name is stupid but its VA_S1GM4 and i have a problem with my easy anti cheat when i open apex it gives me the starter screen the animation plays and when i try to click on "continue" it gives me a msg that easy anti cheat doesnt work or there is a problem so i tried finding it by myself i made a shortcut and repaired it didnt work i tried it with other games it works somehow but it doesnt work for apex legends at all i even tried getting the system from other games into the apex files on my computer that didnt work either way and when i try opening the eac setup it insta closes so im seeking help here

Beste, ik en mijn broer hebben allebei een ps4, we speelen al jarenlang apex met elkaar op het zelfde ea account. We hebben het nu een paar maandjes niet meer gespeeld en toen we het weer wouden spelen was alle progressie op mijn ps4 weg en het was omgezet naar de progressie van mijn broer. Hoe kan dit? We kunnen ook niet meer samen spelen hierdoor omdat we op t zelfde account van apex zitten. Hoe kunnen we dit oplossen? Sep
Purchased double battlepass duo bug, any fix possible?
Hi, Duo to a bug at the release day from the new battle pass, I accidently purchases the normal battle pass (only one which was available) and the next day ultimate +. I already made a topic which leaded me nowhere. Is there any way to refund of fix this problem/ mistake? Dustin
Apex video settings not saving
I have a problem with Apex. Everytime I boot up my game I have to manually change my video settings to the right ones. So when I'm done playing the game and boot it up a different day I have to change the video settings again. The video settings won't save. My gameplay settings and keybinds save everytime I change them but my video settings won't. Can someone help me?Ranked servers
How is it possible that I queue into a game, get kicked out after having 600 ping and 2 seizures later to then return and get an abandonment penalty? At this point this must be a joke right? Wrong. After sitting out 10 minutes similar situation happens and ea is giving me 10 more minutes to try and contact “support” for something they’re aware of but just gaf about. Kan iemand mij helpen? Heb in S20 van Apex solo Q naar Diamond gedaan in split 1, heb toen in split 2 1 potje gespeeld en ben in Gold III geëindigd. Toen ik vandaag voor het begin van S21 inlogde om mijn ranked rewards op te halen van S20 had ik alleen een animated Gold badge en geen Diamond badge, banner frame of wat dan ook. Ik snap niet hoe, wat, of waarom en vind het erg vervelend want heb behoorlijk wat tijd in de grind naar Diamond gestopt. Hierbij ook 2 foto’s gelinkt als bewijsPermaban + emailcontact
Dus, al jaren probeer ik contact op te nemen met EA om mijn account dat gelinkt is aan een onbestaande email adres (is een typefout geweest van toen ik nog jong was). hier kan ik maar niet op geholpen worden omdat ik zogezegd niet al hun vragen kan beantwoorden die onrealistisch zijn om te beantwoorden aangezien er vragen zijn over dingen die ik 8 jaar geleden heb gedaan. In ieder geval nu ben ik geband op apex en kan ik dit niet aanvechten omdat al mijn verzoeken door worden gelinkt aan een onbestaande email adres ongeacht dat ik een ander email adres ingeef. Ik zoek al ondertussen een halfuur naar een functie op live te chatten… ook geen succes. Ik kan op geen enkele manier contact op nemen, of mijn account gegevens aanpassen omdat ik vast zit aan een onbestaande email. Dit account is ook al jarenlang gelinkt aan mijn PSN account dus ik snap niet hoe moeilijk het is om te kunnen achterhalen dat ik ‘de echte’ eigenaar ben van dit account
Geen ranked beloningen ontvangen
seizoen 17 op ranked had ik 51,006 rp dus ik was master . Alleen heb ik nooit mijn beloningen gekregen van seizoen 17 op ranked . Geen badge divetrail , weapon charm , holospray . Eigenlijk heb ik niks van mijn beloningen gekregen op seizoen 17 terwijl ik master ben geëindigd . Zouden jullie mij op z’n minst mijn beloningen kunnen geven ondanks dat we nu een paar seizoenen verder zijn ? Ik heb tientallen mails verzonden naar ea en een case aangemaakt . Case staat afgerond maar vervolgens is er niks ondernomen en ben ik nooit te woord gestaan . mvg
