Bug: Upgrading players and chemistry
Report 1: Definition of Prime coin is "Used to rank Iconic players" and then I used a lot of resources for fun to rank all my Orlando Magic players - one of them being Iconic Wagner and noticed harsh reality that Iconic players are being upgraded with Iconic coins not Prime coins. So basically Prime coin has zero purpose now in the game. Report 2: After I upgraded all my Orlando Magic players to Level 1 for fun, I wanted to see if this chemistry thing does any purpose. They all have in common now Orlando Magic badge and their chemistry is 77/444 And still after spending tons of resources, coins, XP points - my team bonus boost is straight 0 overall. This segment need rework done.
Nice looking game, still loads of code issues
I was hoping the scorched earth approach where the app was rebuilt from the ground up would be the magical fix for this game, but problems persist. First the good -- the gameplay itself is massively improved and it's actually possible to block shots now. Kudos on that. Now the issues: The AI is still dumb. I'll literally have a player right in front of me and aim at them then pass, and it throws the ball right into the heart of the defense for a steal. This happens again and again. CRASHING - the game just fails to open or outright crashes at random times. This has ALWAYS been a problem and EA has never been able to help me sort it out, not on a phone, tablet, or otherwise. Glitching - I don't know if the improved UI is overloading my processor on my ipad or it's from overheating, or the game just gets wonky, but it starts to glitch after I play for more than 15-20 minutes. Broken Ads - I'm rarely if ever able to watch all of the ads they have available in the store. It might let me watch 1-2 a day lately, at most. The rest of the time, I get a blank window and an X in the corner, which delivers nothing and just lets me close it out for a waste of time. Then I try to watch again and it tells me "an error occurred playing your ad, try back later" or something like that. C'mon EA. I really want to like this game, but even in the new design, it's a trainwreck of a codebase. Please fix it. Thank you for reading.
Suggestions about season 11
First and most important: Revert gameplay back to normal. The season 10 gameplay sucks. You can't control the players properly. The auto defense system doesn't switch on time. The shooting bar is really small and you can't see it to release a perfect shot. Bring back all the players we grinded hard all these years. Bring back previous modes e.g. PVP ARENA but Ban the cheaters / hackers from the game. They ruin all the fun. Inside information for the CCP members. Start listening to what the community of players want to see in the game. Below is my list of suggestions that I firmly believe that will result in a much better game than the current version and the five previous seasons (5,6,7,8,9). Make permanent the Season 4 style lineups (Sharpshooter Lockdown Street). The only difference between season 4 and season 10 boosts must be that you can have 9 players to get the full boost instead of 10. Boost Item Skill Boost: Match 3 players: +2 Match 5 players: +3 Match 7 players: +5 Match 9 players: +7 Player boosts: +4 to team Make permanent these crystal clear boosts: Athleticism: with the weightlifting icon Speed Agility Dribble speed Dribbling First step Strength Vertical Tip in Defense: with the shield icon On ball defense Defensive post strength Defensive post footwork Hands in post Block Steal Hands on perimeter Interception Drawing offensive foul Dunking: with the dunk icon Dunking Layup Inside paint shot Scoring with contact Free throw Post savvy Post shot Playmaking: with the shotclock icon Passing accuracy Court vision Triple threat Foul mistakes Rebounding: with the backboard icon Offensive rebounding Defensive rebounding Offensive box out Defensive box out Shooting: with the target icon Mid-range shot 3 point shot Contested shot Shooting touch Shot off dribble Bring back and make permanent Superstars. The one draft pick we choose every season should be a balanced Superstar, upgradeable throughout the season but at a high OVR unlike season 4 that was low. We can have only one Superstar. Bring back and make permanent season 4 Lineups design/layout. It looked great, it worked fine, there was no need to destroy it. Bring back season 4 Monthly Masters system. Keep the daily login reward calendar and the Crowns reward system from PVP ARENA. Improve gameplay. Make it fair (especially in leagues). Stop equalising high vs low OVR teams when playing against AI so that they perform about the same. Stop boosting leagues that are in the top 50 so they win no matter what. Fix the shotclock issue that keeps running from 02:30 to 02:00. Fix the camera settings issue: I have deactivated the slow motion camera for big in game moments but is still working. And I don't mean slow motion for special abilities. Leagues must have an exclamation mark at home screen! More details for leagues (PT - Points Total, PF - Points For, PA - Points Against, PD - Points Difference). Increase chat font size. Reduce stamina, especially in Limited Time Events. Why do we need to collect tokens for Coins and XP? This causes our already limited item limit number to get full quickly. And Stamina tokens should be just one and not four. Make the Live Today events playable just once per day. Coin Blitz packs should award 25000 coins and XP Blitz packs 5000. Make distinctive tokens so we can recognise them when they are unclaimed. Comeback tokens: We collect tokens that we use to upgrade low OVR players we get throughout the season and we want to keep them before the rollover to the next season. Make a campaign only for Multi-year lineups, (Just like Rebirth for Season 9 lineup). You can call it Live since '95 (you thank me later for the title). A vault or a lock icon system for players and items. I have some players and items that I want to keep and I'm afraid that I will quicksell or trade them unintentionally. Make Live Pass Players (and from previous seasons) to be able for quicksell. Keeping them if you don't want them causes our already limited item limit number to get full quickly. Bring back sidebar. It was really useful. And improve it of course. For example it didn't have a Leagues tab. Fix the Auction House. The most useful AH will be from player to player auctions. Put a characteristic to players and items from season 5 to season 9 players just like the players from seasons 3 & 4 have. Fix the various bugs / technical issues of the game (advertisment, objectives etc).New Basketball Game Suggestions
NBA Live 19. I loved the street play. EA should make a complete streetball game with the same mechanics as Live 19 but just add a little more. I suggest more of a And 1 style with And 1 legends, Legendary street ballers from around the world and NBA players. Even if you don't add NBA players I guarantee it will sell millions of copies, Because that's the only reason anyone play NBA2K is because of the street feel with friends. And Keep the real courts from around the world. I would love to go head to head with Skip to my Lue, Hot sauce, AO and even the lost ones like Escalade.
