Romantic satisfaction of played sims households goes to "very unsatisfied" after playing a different household What do you expect to see? I expect the see the relationship satisfaction freeze/stay the same like the relationship bar does when I'm not playing the family and they are not my active family.... Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them. Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No I'm not sure if this is a bug or poor programming on EAs side... but it makes playing different families in the same save super annoying when I get messages saying they are unsatisfied when it changes while I've been playing a completely different family. [ARCHIVED] Swan lake effect doubles amount of Swans after zooming out and back

Zoom out and go as further as possible (so effects will be deloaded because of distance) and then when you go back to the swans in your lake/pond they will have double the amount and will be clipping through one another. What happens when the bug occurs? The amount of Swans you have/see will be doubled indefinitely. This can be done forever and will always double the amount of Swans in there. You can reset it by either going to another lot and back to the original one or just entering build mode and moving the swan effect object to any other position. The game starts to lag if I keep doing this too much What do you expect to see? The same amount of Swans no matter where I go with my camera (the Sim has no interference with this) Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used. When I set my sim to write their book - and then cancel the action to do something else,. the X out icon of the writing won't go away - even if the action stopped. What do you expect to see? The cancelled action "bubble" to disappear in the queue once the next action is being started. Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Neutral/Not Sure The dark form is also apparently using clothes and acessories from lots of differents packs, so I cannot "clean it" to show only the packs I am actually using if I decide to share this family in the gallery. [ARCHIVED] [LD] Mark Of Evil/Mark Of Good not showing in CAS after unlocking
My sim unlocked the "mark of evil" tattoo and it was not shown in CAS, nor did it apply through the interaction menu. Mods are downloaded, but the issue still occurs when I tested without. Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Start Detective Career. 2. Wait until game assigns a Sim that is also in the Detective Career, as the main suspect in a case. 3. Cannot arrest suspect. What happens when the bug occurs? Cannot "Arrest the Suspect" or "Ask about Suspect". What do you expect to see? Can arrest suspect regardless of career. Neutral/Not Sure Workaround: 1. I had the suspect quit their job in the Detective career. 2. I was then able to issue the APB again with my Sim, and arrest the suspect. Place a new pressure cooker in the kitchen. Each time I've tested this I've used the pressure cooker so I'm unsure if the same thing happens on an unused one. What happens when the bug occurs? The pressure cooker emits green gas after around 12 sim hours and any sim in the area acts as if they're smelling something awful. Note they do not get the dirty surroundings moodlet. The pressure cooker is still usable, and shift-clicking + resetting object or buying a new pressure cooker only temporarily resolves the issue. Shift-clicking and making the object dirty gives the option to clean it and this seems to resolve the issue for longer. What do you expect to see? Since the dirty surroundings moodlet seems to have been fixed, I expect the pressure cooker to not get dirty and be uncleanable (I'm assuming this is what's happening here - it's giving off the same appearance as dirty plates or moulding rubbish except I can't clean it). Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now, I've removed them. Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes Please describe the patch or change you made. For Rent + Horse Ranch expansion packs were installed and game was updated to latest patch. I'm just curious as to why the pressure cooker is doing this, since the dirty surroundings moodlet has been fixed in the latest patch. I should be able to clean the pressure cooker if it's emitting green gas but there isn't even an option to clean it. The kettle does not have the same problem. Go to High School on a day when teens are wearing club clothes/letterman jackets. What happens when the bug occurs? I've begun seeing, the last few days (though this could have been since the last update, only recently followed my teens to school for a few days since the update) a couple of teens whole hair has been replaced with what appears to be a double-layered slice of two very short haircuts (can't tell which two, due to the clipping, but both are very short) instead of their regular hair. This only happens with teens who have been put in the school-based club outfits or the letterman jacket for the day and only a couple of them seem effected at any given time (the rest have normal hair). I also note that while one of the two merged haircuts is usually the correct color, the other often isn't the same color. What do you expect to see? Teens with the correct haircuts on their heads. Neutral/Not Sure As it says above, I will go to High School and a couple of the NPC teens that are wearing their club outfits or the school letterman jacket that day will have the incorrect haircut. I tried asking to 'See other Outfit' to see changing clothes fixed the hair, but the Sim refuses to change and gets embarrassed. (Probably because someone shaved their head?) I will see them later, when they are in normal outfits and the hair will be fine, so I am very certain it has something to do with the school outfits. Also, it only seems to happen to one, maybe two teens on any given school day, with the rest being fine and still having the correct hair with their club shirts. Hope this helps. My pregnant sim is wearing the tiny living pajamas (red-white swatch - pants with stripes) and when i move my camera to a room where she is not, her pregnant belly disappears. My sim has a bucket list goal of hosting a costume party, and I noticed I couldn't find it in the list with other social events. I looked it up and found that it is only included in the Digital Deluxe Edition of the base game, which I do not own. I would assume this is a bug- or at least this should be addressed, making sure the game only compiles goals based on content owned. Yes Please describe the patch or change you made. November 2019 patch and installation of Discover University expansion pack This is driving me nuts! Every time I ask my sim to travel from her dorm to a community lot she is followed by an entourage she didn't ask for! I have to go into actions and "disband group" every time she travels. I did have CC in my game but I've removed it all for testing purposes. I've even tested the game on a new save with a new sim and the bug still persists. I've repaired my game and created a new Sims 4 folder. I'm about to completely uninstall my game and see if that fixes the issue. I'm so completely disappointed at how game-breaking the new patch and expansion pack have been. Altogether I've put in about 26 hours just trying to fix various issues with absolutely no luck. Have a sim become dazed from work and try to jog/create/sleep to lessen it What happens when the bug occurs? Sims becomes dazed from work. I tried to make them jog/sing/dance/watch TV/sleep and the moodlet time deducts as normal (e.g. from 15 hours down to 9 hours), however, as soon as the activity is stopped, the timer goes back up by a couple of hours (e.g. from 9 hours back up to 13 hours). If I can manage to get them to do the activity non-stop until the timer is finished, it's fine and the moodlet disappears. However, that's difficult to do, even sleeping. My sim was even jogging and the moodlet had the little green arrows to show it was going down and then as soon as she stopped, there was a notification to say she had burned out, so the moodlet changed to burned out. (I'm doing the making money play scenario if that is relevant.) What do you expect to see? For the moodlet time to stay deducted after a relaxing/creative/energetic activity. My Sim keeps getting the Creative Fog moodlet and it will either eventually disappear after meditating for a long time (but it always comes back) or it will cause my Sim to become dazed. My Sim has not done anything "creative" in MANY Sim days, yet this moodlet constantly appears. What do you expect to see? I expect the moodlet to go away and not instantly reappear. My current household and random Sims in game have tutorial aspirations in regular gameplay. I am not playing through the tutorial. What do you expect to see? I have played the same save file for the last three (sim) generations and now Sims are being randomly generated with tutorial aspirations. I noticed it when I moved a Sim into my household and he had the "Chef" aspiration. I've tested my game without mods, but these tutorial-exclusive aspirations keep appearing. All except Bust the Dust Kit Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a werewolf sim attempt werewolf spar or tug of war with another werewolf NPC who is holding an umbrella. What happens when the bug occurs? When my sim tries to spar with another werewolf or challenge them to a tug of war when the target sim is holding an umbrella, the interaction begins but then immediately cancels. What do you expect to see? If my sim asks to spar or challenges to tug of war, the NPC / target sim should close their umbrella and finish the interaction. One other thing to note is that even though the interaction cancels, it still counts toward the Wildfang Renegade aspiration "Werewolf World Domination" goal.
