Here you’ll find 3 unique neighborhoods, where Sims walk shoulder to shoulder with Ghost Sims who have Unfinished Business. Begin your Sim’s journey in Crow’s Crossing, an eerie village rumored to be frequented by Ghosts and regular hauntings. Venture down cobbled roads where you might discover local grave makers, meet the Mysterious Merchant peddling an assortment of curios and collectibles, or happen upon the Try Before You Die Casket Sale. Sims seeking solace can visit the town cemetery, dappled with headstones and graves to pay respects to the Sims who once walked these roads (and may still be doing so), or disappear into a Crypt to share a special moment with a lover or tell ghost stories. With the Ravenwood Family Day or Crow's Crossing Celebration of Life festivals, haunted houses, and a ghostly guarded Wishing Well, there’s plenty to explore. For a slower pace, Sims can stroll the rolling hills and idyllic countryside of Whispering Glen. Steeped in ruins and rumors, it’s a paradise for collectors and historians alike. Explore the local Crypt, investigate the Tarot Tome Shrine at the base of the ruins, garden in the shared community plots, or gather collectibles. Whatever you do, stay until the moon rises. Each night, Whispering Glen hosts the local Moon Revelry festival, where Sims can swim under the moonlight, share stories at a bonfire, and dance. Things get a little wild during the Full Moon where clothing is entirelyoptional. There’s something otherworldly about Mourningvale. Maybe it’s the way the wind howls through the moss-draped trees, the eerie clang from the Bell Tower at odd hours, or the sentient plants. No matter the reason, many Ghosts choose to call this place home. The Grim Reaper has even been known to wander through now and then. Here, Sims can take a dip in the Baleful Bog to have an out-of-body experience or transition into Rebirth, partake in local customs at the Thinned Festiveil, or make peace with their mortality at the Afterlife Anonymous meetup. Whatever happens, a trip to this neighborhood is sure to send a shiver down the spine. Sims Only Live Once, Right? There is a lot to do in a Sim’s lifetime and so little time! Keep track of everything Sims want to do to live their life to the fullest with Soul’s Journey, an all encompassing reward system uniting Aspirations and Wants. A Sim’s Soul’s Journey allows them to achieve rewards as they fulfill goals, with the ultimate reward being the ability to Rebirth a Sim with the special Burning Soul trait after their passing. Sims who are Reborn after completing their Soul’s Journey can unlock past Childhood Development Skills, Traits and Infant Milestones (depending on the age they come back as). They might also find special ties to Sims from their past life. Players can also ensure Sims achieve fulfillment by creating and completing their Bucket Lists. There are multiple ways for any Young Adult or older Sim to create a Bucket List. If left alone, a Sim’s Bucket List will naturally populate over time based on their Traits. There are also new interactions on the Computer and journal which allow Sims to write a random goal themselves, write a goal from a category (like Travel or Family), or write a specific goal. Completing a Bucket List has powerful rewards, including the ability to experience Rebirth. As a Ghost, Sims may also continue their Soul’s Journey to complete their Unfinished Business, which (if completed) will result in an even more powerful form or Rebirth with the Burning Soul Trait. For some Sims, leaving life behind is hard to do. WithThe Sims 4 Life & Death Expansion Pack, players can let their Sims linger on as playable household members where they can wreak havoc on the living or lend a helping hand. Ghost Sims who build special connections with each other can also pair up for a special, spectral Woohoo inside objects of all shapes and sizes. As Sims adjust to their playable Ghost Sims form, they can customize their looks in CAS, build Ghost Powers and even earn Fear or Goodwill essences from their interactions with the living to make simoleons. Yes, there is still room to grow in the afterlife! Grim’s the Boss Sims looking for a new line of work can now dabble in death with two new Careers: the Reaper Profession and the Undertaker Career. In the Reaper Profession, Sims with an affinity for the afterlife can become Grimterns and work their way up to Reaper as they make a career out of facilitating the next phase of life for Sims. Work with Grim at the Netherworld Department of Death (N.W.D.D.) and even head off into the ‘field.’ Sims in this profession can experience reaper training with the all-around-good-guy-training-dummy, Kenny, maintain Grimtern Sims’ scythes, practice reaping souls on practice dummies, and determine causes of deaths for reaped souls. At higher levels, Sims in this Career can even determine which souls they’ll reap and which they’ll return to life. Once retrieved, souls can be placed in the Netherworld Portal to meet the soul quota. Grimterns who meet the soul quote are eligible to become Employee of the Month. The Undertaker Career is a classic career in which Sims will serve both the living and the dead. From grave digging to embalming, Sims who pursue a career in the funeral industry ensure all Sims can move on in peace. Specializing in this before-afterlife care prepares Sims for difficult moments like, Discussing End of Life services or Contemplating Existence. Six feet in they will be rewarded with a Plague Mask, a Murphy Membrane Bust, or a Corpus Commendation Plaque to honor their achievements. It has two branches that Sims can go down: either Mortician or Funeral Director. Honoring the Dearly Departed Mortality and the afterlife can now impact the way Sims interact with the world around them to help create unexpected and exciting stories. Experience the Ghost Historian Aspiration, unlock Horror Novels and receive the Ghost Whisperer Reward Trait, visit any lot with the Hallowed Grounds Lot Trait, try out any of our three new Traits (Macabe, Chased by Death, and Skeptic), delve into the Thanatology Skill, or experience Life & Death’s new Death Type: Death by Murder of Crows. There’s a lifetime of stories to tell. To prepare for their departure from the realm of the living, Sims can create a Will at the Town Hall in Crows’s Crossing, via the computer, or at the Family Day Festival. Through Wills, Sims can assign heirlooms to specific individuals, leave personal notes, set emotional reactions for loved ones reading the Will, specify how they want their remains to be handled, make Funeral planning requests and designate other Sims to care for their pets or children. If the entire Household passes away, Sims can choose to donate their simoleons to charity or another known Household. Wills can be updated at any point in a Sim’s lifetime. Losing someone is never easy, even for Sims.The Sims 4 Life & DeathExpansion Pack now allows Sims to experience four Grief Types: Denial, Holding It Together, Anger, and Blues. The Grief Type a Sim receives is based off of their traits and (if applicable) their relationship. Grief will have its own set of behaviors for Sims to navigate, and it normally takes hold after the mourning period has ended. Not just death causes Grief. Tough situations, such as the loss of a family member or close friend, divorce, getting fired from a career or the loss of a pet (if you have theHorse RanchorCats and DogsExpansion Packs) can trigger Grief. Sims experiencing Grief can Reach out for Help from other Sims for comfort. They can also Attend Grief Counseling. Sims can Console About Death to other Sims, or cope positively with Grief by doing creative or productive activities while in the Grieving process. When at a Funeral, Sims can Offer Awkward Sympathies or Offer a Sympathetic Joke. Once Sims pass away, Funeral events can be planned and held. When planning a Funeral players can choose which Sims attend and who the Deceased is, select a Dress Code and Color for guests to arrive in, pick from a variety of fourteen different activities, and determine the location and time. Examples of some activities include Giving a Lighthearted Eulogy, Lighting Candles, Planting Something, or Serving Food. Each Funeral is unique, and sometimes Ghost Sims may even appear at their own Funeral! Sims can also honor the dearly departed by setting up Memorial Displays with a portrait of the deceased, selecting which Urn or Tombstone they want, decorating a Gravesite, leaving them a message on a special memorial statue, or by interring their Urns in Crypts. Update 3/6/2024 PC: 1.105.345.1020 / Mac: 1.105.345.1220 Console: 1.89 Sul Sul, Today’s update contains a number of critical fixes addressing the community’s top reported issues over the past week. In the interest of deploying these fixes faster, this update will follow a staggered release cadence. The update is available immediately on PC, Mac, and Xbox, and will arrive on PlayStation soon thereafter. Thanks for your detailed reports via our AHQ forum that allowed us to investigate these issues quickly. -The Sims 4 Team Bug Fixes The Sims 4 Updated some performance optimizations that had caused certain moodlets to inadvertently be removed from Sims on load. Fixed a crash that would occur if a tooltip was triggered when in the hover state on objects within a Sim’s inventory. Fixed an issue with object picker UI menus that - when certain conditions were met - would interfere with Sims’ ability to run various “Give” interactions (interactions where objects would be given to other Sims). Once learned, the WooHoo Interests of other Sims will once again be displayed accurately in that Sims’ Profile Panel. For Rent You should once again be able to successfully open the Profile Panel of another Sim after Eavesdropping on them and see any secrets that were learned about them. Crystal Creations Corrected an issue where Sims’ bodies would gradually change in size each time a Sim put on or took off crafted jewelry. This issue primarily affected Teens, Adults, and Elders. There was minimal impact to Young Adults. While this issue will no longer occur, this update does not retroactively fix the appearance of Sims who had already been altered. There are two methods we can suggest for manually restoring your Sims: You can restore an older save file that was saved prior to any crafted jewelry being worn by your Sims. On PC/Mac, please visit our video guide or text guide for instructions on restoring older save files. On PlayStation/Xbox, select “Load Game” from the main menu, and choose an older save file. You can take your Sim into CAS by using the “Change Sim” interaction on a Mirror or Dresser object, and then manipulate your Sim’s body to reasonably approximate their prior appearance. For players with The Sims 4 Get to Work, crafted jewelry can now be sold at Retail businesses without being returned to the business owner Sims’ inventory when traveling away from the Retail lot. If a Sim dies while wearing crafted jewelry, that jewelry will now be disassociated with the now-dead Sim when the jewelry is returned to the household’s inventory. It should now just appear once, so enough with the nagging. Seasons With Lovestruck… The Dr. June’s Weather Control Device no longer offers snow in Ciudad Enamorada. Winters are warm here! High School Years Married Sims no longer propose to other Sims. Growing Together With Lovestruck… Sims asked on a date from Cupid's Corner only have three Traits now, leaving room for new Traits through Self Discovery. Sims found previously through Cupid’s Corner still will have more Traits than average – overachievers. The text for the Self Discovery moment of swapping the Unflirty or Romantically Reserved Traits to Lovebug now accurately reflects the traits being swapped. Lovestruck Live Mode [AHQ] Gallery Sims are available again in Cupid’s Corner and the game no longer sometimes infinitely loads when traveling after adding one to your Sim’s contacts. [AHQ] Sims from Cupid’s Corner whose location was listed as “Not Shared” now can be socialized with on a Lovestruck Date or Hangout. Ghost partners can go to Cupid's Counseling. Their partners could see through their excuses and are ready to remedy their relationship! Ghosts are available for Seductive Dances and “Watch Stars/Sky with…”. Sims no longer stargaze indoors at Rattlesnake Juice Bar in Oasis Springs. These interactions have more versions of Simlish for variety: “Play Woo-Who!? With…” on Who's Up Party Games, “Steal from Fountain” on the Fountain of Dreams, and “Rub Ring”. Look for Sammy The Ring Bear around that fountain for more information. When selecting “Cuddle in Bed” multiple times in a row on a bed, Sims no longer lock up with their arm outstretched. When selecting “Cuddle in Bed” multiple times in a row on different beds, the Sim now successfully reaches the first bed. "Ask to Create a Date..." with a new Sim from the Gallery now results in that Sim showing up properly at the edge of the Date or Hangout location. The Unflirty Trait icon looks clearer. Create a Sim Lovebug and Romantically Reserved Traits are available as Likes and Dislikes plus Turn-Ons and Turn-Offs in Create a Sim. A missing curtain in Mirador del Amor has been re-added to the venue. The rooftop of the López household now has all of its walls painted. Dine Out Waiters bring out food and clean tables more reliably without resetting. Vampires [AHQ] Teen Vampires now can complete a regular Date. They deserve a chance to find love, too! With Lovestruck… Vampires without Sun Resistance now can go to Cupid's Counseling regardless of the time of day. No more using the sun as an excuse to get out of the hard work of a relationship. All Vampires are available for Seductive Dances, not just Vampires with Sun Resistance. Non-sun-resistant Sims deserve Seductive Dances, too! Today’s update is intended to address some issues players encountered when participating in the Reaper’s Rewards Event, as well as a special update regarding reward items from the Happy At Home Event that ran earlier this year. After this change, we learned that some Simmers are missing rewards they earned through the Happy At Home Event we ran earlier this year. To make sure everyone gets the rewards they earned, we’re granting players across all platforms the Happy At Home Event rewards with today’s update. Get ready for a free, limited-time Event where you'll need to venture into Live Mode to participate. The Grim Reaper is reaching out to you…but don’t be afraid to answer since it seems Grim wants your help. And the best part? You'll be rewarded for your efforts throughout the Event, with one being a brand new Lot Challenge,Scare Seeker, where Sims will get excited instead of scared while on the lot! How Does it Work? Open Live Mode with an existing or new Household. After a short wait, The Grim Reaper will call upon you! The Event will run for eight weeks, with two exciting Quests each week. Your journey begins by assisting Grim with researching Ambrosia, a special Gourmet dish that can lift any Sim’s spirits. As the weeks progress, you’ll continue to unlock the secrets of Ambrosia and eventually learn how to cook it! The more Quests you complete, the more Event Points and rewards you’ll earn. A: The Event starts on 9/24 at 9 a.m. PST and ends on 11/19. Please make sure you are online and logged into your EA Account. If you still do not see it, you may need to restart The Sims 4 or disable any UI mods you have installed. Will this be available to Everyone? A: Yes! The Reaper’s Reward Event will be available to everyone starting 9/24, and you won’t need any Packs to participate. What are Event Points? A: Event Points are a limited-time measurement for the Reaper’s Rewards Event that allows you to claim free rewards. As you earn Event Points, you progress along an experience track and can claim rewards along the way. How do I earn Event Points? A: Each Quest Objective in a quest gives Event Points. Mousing over the Quest will have a tooltip telling you how many points you will earn. Completing the entire Quest nets additional Event Points. Once you have enough, you can claim rewards. Do I have to spend Event Points? A: Your Event Points are a cumulative total. When you claim a reward, you still stay at the same Event Point total, so your Event Points aren’t actually “spent.” What happens if I have leftover Event Points? A: Grim is offering a finite number of rewards. If you claim them all and still have Event Points, don’t worry! Your Event Points cannot be used for anything other than the Reaper’s Rewards Event and will expire when the Event is over. Can I still complete the Event if I start late? The Sims 4 - Testing new features as we invest in improvements and modernization efforts We’ve been expanding all the ways to play with life in The Sims 4 for 10 years, creating an expansive simulation experience. In May 2024, we announced that we’ve assembled a team to invest in the core game experience, including tackling technical issues. All for Love Romantic Boundaries Real life relationships are nuanced and complex! Romantic Boundaries bring some of that into The Sims 4 by enabling you to define the conditions under which your Sims become jealous. These live in Create a Sim alongside the “Gender” and “Sexual Orientation” options in the Identity Panel and you can change them at any point in time. Does your Sim become Jealous from Non-Physical Romance? Non-Physical Romance consists of social interactions that do not involve physical touch. Examples: flirting and complimenting appearance Does your Sim become Jealous from Physical Romance? Physical Romance consists of socials that do involve physical touch. Examples: Kissing and holding hands Does your Sim become Jealous from WooHoo? This applies to WooHoo for Young Adults and older and Mess Around for Teens. Is your Sim open to changing the factors that cause them to become Jealous? “Yes” means the Sim can be asked in Live Mode to reconsider their feelings surrounding Jealousy for the settings above. The defaults for all of these will be “Yes” for Sims in your existing games so that you can be the one to decide if you want different behavior. New Sims that the game makes can run the spectrum! Hiding Relationships As your Sims are dating or simply going about their daily lives, their Relationship Panel will accumulate more and more Sims. Tired of it being cluttered with random Sims that you met once and have no desire to meet again? Or have an ex that you want to scrub from your contacts? Well, good news! Now you can remove those Sims (who are not members of your household) by selecting them in the Relationship Panel and selecting “Hide Relationship”. Make room for the Sims who really matter! Neutral Relationship Names The language for Sims’ relationships now is more neutral to be more inclusive. “Husband / Wife” → “Spouse” “Fiancé / Fiancée” → “Engaged” “Boyfriend/Girlfriend” → “Partner” One place where you can see this is in Create a Sim. Select the “Identity” button (it looks like three dots) and go to the Household Relationships Panel. Partner Status Previously, the Partners relationship could only be established through gameplay. Now you can set it within Create a Sim between two Sims in your household! Create a Sim Eyelashes Eyelashes now have their own category! As you all know, some eye shapes have eyelashes as part of them. Now, Sims can have separate eyelashes applied independently from the shape of the eye! And since they are in their own category, they also are compatible with other accessories such as glasses and piercings. The base game includes two styles of lashes for a more dramatic look for your Sims! Seriously! It’s for everyone. For free. Today. Right now! “Apply to All Outfits” Button The days of manually finding and selecting the same accessory, makeup, hat, hair, top, bottom, full-body outfit, or footwear for each outfit are gone! Now you can hit this single button to apply the item to every outfit at once! Love that makeup look you just perfected in your Sim’s Everyday style? Now you can apply it to multiple categories! Found the perfect pair of pants for your party outfit, but applied it to Everyday by accident? You can also select specific categories to copy to, as well! This works on all ages and with all types of Occult Sims. We can’t believe it either. Is today the best day ever?! Note: Currently, the Apply All Button adds the selected item to your Sim’s outfits. It does not remove outfit pieces - only adds or replaces. We look forward to any feedback you might have on this new feature, so we can continue to improve it to meet your CAS needs in future releases! Updated Hairstyles Is that a new hairstyle or are you just happy to see me? Yes, we are happy to see you and, yes, it is new hair! Dark and Lovely Hairstyle Partnership And there’s even more hair! Part two of The Sims 4 collaboration with Dark and Lovely arrives in this update with two color variants of the new loc braids. Check out Dark & Lovely’s - Play In Color, a campaign that champions diversity and inclusion and spotlights the game changers who are redefining the rules in the games industry. French Tips, Coffin Nails, and Neutral Palettes We’re excited to bring more nail styles and color palettes! There are new designs for French Tips and Coffin Nails to add flair to your fingertips. We’ve also added more color palettes for everyone to express themselves more freely! A whole new series of nude nails is also available to provide an extensive selection to match natural nail beds. Build Mode: Curved Pools Now your pools can have rounded corners! Curved Pools work like Curved Walls—place a corner piece and adjust the sides. Mix and match with regular corners—let your imagination run wild! There also is a new pool light, Oblong Wall Light, that works perfectly on curved pool walls! Live Mode Relationship Interactions A new “Relationship…” category in the Interaction menu now contains actions across the Base Game and a number of packs that directly relate to relationship status such as “Ask to Join Household” or “Become Best Friends”. Safe Music Streaming The Music section of Game Options now has a “Safe for Steaming” toggle to play only the music that is safe for streaming The Sims 4! When this is checked, you don’t have to worry about your stream or video running into music copyright issues. We’ll be adding more music with streaming-friendly licensing as time goes on. Neighborhood Stories Neighborhood Stories now has two new options within Manage Households: Friendship Changes and Romance Changes. This enables Sims in other households to start and end those types of relationships on their own. You can use the mailbox each day to “Check Recent Neighborhood Stories” for news such as Sims your household knows becoming best friends, breaking up, or getting back together. Conversation Panel We gave a new coat of paint to improve the usability of that panel that appears at the top of the screen when your active Sim is in a conversation! Did you know you can do all these things with it? Select the Sims’ portraits to see… their mood their relationship levels (regular and romantic) with your Sim Select the book icon to see that Sim’s Sentiment with your Sim Bug Fixes Base Game / Multipack Top Fixes Toddlers now receive Top Notch and Happy Reward Traits after reaching the required Skill levels. Leave no Toddler behind! Stair Railings no longer disappear when one tile is placed next to a one tile room. When Sims change their mind about how they are walking to somewhere, they no longer teleport to their final destination. Sims who are not part of the Date interrupt conversations less often. Buzz off, bub! Sims no longer receive a "Break-Up" Want when they have a High Romantic Relationship with that Sim. When leaving Create a Sim, the makeup sliders now maintain their settings. Fingernails no longer are warped for male Sims with a female frame and vice versa. The same goes for nails with various outfits. Several nose rings now fit properly (yfAfrican09_Nose, yuAcc_NoseLeftGP12RingDouble_Black, yuAcc_NoseLeftEP09Ring_Silver, yuAcc_NoseRightGP12RingDouble_Black, and yuAcc_NoseRightEP09Ring_Silver). Pierce to your heart's content. We smoothed out the frame rate stuttering that sometimes occurred a few minutes after launching the game. Live Mode Sims in a relationship will no longer receive unsolicited autonomous flirtations from other Sims, unless they have the Noncommittal Trait, of course. Sims will Dance if the radio is turned on and playing music, but they'll save their dance moves if the radio is turned off. Enchanting and Flirty interactions are now only available for Sims who are compatible with the active Sim's orientation. Married Sims no longer receive a Want to flirt with Sims who are not their spouse. Teen Sims will no longer feel jealous around a previous Teen romantic partner who has become a Young Adult. Jealousy was getting ahead of itself! Those jealousy buffs were wrongly calling an engaged Sim a spouse. We've calmed things down and fixed the mix-up! Upon learning a Sim's WooHoo interest and opening their Sim Profile, the Sim Profile will no longer say "No One" even when the sim has a WooHoo interest in Men/Women. The Knowledge of a Sim's Sexual Orientation and their Sim Profile will now remove outdated information when that Sim changes their Sexual Orientation in Create a Sim. The need for fun won't stop a Sim from enjoying their meal—they'll finish eating before fulfilling their fun needs. When multitasking two books being read, the Sim will no longer skip the first book. Now they will read it, put it away, and then go for the second book. "Make a Move" now is available between Sims whose marriage was established in Create a Sim. If a Sim is rejected after asking another Sim on a date, a notification will be given on why they were turned down. Ghost Sims are now available for "Ask on Date..." from the Relationship Panel. Both the Host Sim and the Sim's date can contribute to the main date goal with one another. Before, only the Host Sim could accomplish the goal. If a Sim heads off to work or school during an Event, the Event will come to an end. Duty calls! Planning a Stay Over during an Event at the Sim’s home will bring the Event to a successful close. Time to kick back and relax! If a Discovery Quest appears during an Event, the Event progress bar will not reset if the Discovery Quest is canceled. If a Discovery Quest appears during an Event that has Goals and Rewards, your Sims now keep their Event titles and the progress remains visible. Sims will be able to "Ask on Date..." without the need for Romantic Relationship. That won't stop Sims from rejecting the date proposal if things are off though. When planning an Event, the Plumbob will appear next to the venue choices when scrolling through the available locations. When planning an Event, the selected venue will appear at the top of the selection list if you navigate away and then back to the venue selection. When planning an Event, Sims that are preselected will now count as a single entry rather than not being counted. When planning an Event on console, the tooltip will now inform that a Sim is being changed from a Guest to a Hired Role. Additionally, a tooltip will appear if the Sim being hired for a Role has work scheduled during the Event. When planning an Event on console, the location image will not appear in the description section of the planning page. Just the description text will appear. When setting up an Event, the checkmark for each phase such as “Invite Sims” now is on the right side of the button for easier reading. A Sim now can learn about another Sim's financial status when they "Get to Know" that Sim. Lips are synced so that Sims making out keep their lips on their kissing partner. No more awkwardly talking mid-kiss! When Sims get steamy in the shower from WooHoo, music now jazzes up the moment. Sims in more restrictive costumes now kneel instead of sitting cross-legged. Sims wearing the Hotdog costume will not intersect with their knees while kneeling on the ground. "Skinny Dip with..." no longer is available on pools when no other Sims are nearby. The complete text for a joke falling flat now appears on failed comedy and funny socials, rather than getting cut off in the pop-up. Mugs and tumblers fit better in Sims' hands now. Music will continue to play in Live Mode even if "Next Song" is selected while the game is paused. The highlight for newly acquired Sentiments that appears around a Sim's portrait in the Relationship Panel is removed once the Sim profile is opened. Unavailable actions in the Interaction menu are easier to read now. Icons appearing with the music note have been fixed and are now playing in the right direction. The text of phone call pop-ups now fills the space better. Shadows no longer are checkered for some platforms. Placing a lot from the Gallery no longer changes the color of the world on some platforms while the lot is building. Pressing Alt + Tab in Fullscreen Mode on Windows now opens the Task Switcher for computers with DirectX 11. Some interactions related to Sims being affectionate, sleeping in bed, reading books, going to other locations, and asking Sims on dates are more performant. Answering incoming text messages works with both control method types on console (hovering or snapping the cursor). The correct venue is highlighted in the venue selection when planning an Event from a Sim's home lot on console. Build Mode Cellar stair trim no longer extrudes down to the basement floor when the basement floor is removed. Walls directly under stairs now properly cut away in ''Walls Cutaway View.' All "Mega Double Doors" swatches now include transparent glass. Bar Backs are included in the "Bars & Bar Backs" category. Cheers! When building Pools, Rotate and Copy no longer increase the cost of the Pool. Large Curved Walls now can be placed on Large Curved Platforms. Create a Sim The ability to customize Toddler Toenails has returned. Look at those cute, colorful toesies! Fingernails no longer clip through the gloves of full-body outfits. French tip nails (ymAcc_ManiFrenchTip_Beige) have been manicured to no longer intersect with fingers. Hair texture no longer changes when the Tank Top (yfTop_SDX021BinderRacerback) is applied to a female Sim. The Simoleons thrown by Sims with the Materialistic Trait in Create a Sim now catch a little more air. Gotta show off the bucks with a bang. The contrast and font color have been improved for better readability in the Styled Looks section of Create a Sim. Gallery Server Viewing creations from Followers should return results more quickly (internet speeds allowing) so you can get straight into browsing all of their shared creations. Blocked players no longer show up in the Gallery searches. Simmers on PlayStation and Xbox can see their Profile Showcase uploads in the Gallery again. Get to Work Scheduling Events from the Calendar while in Sixam no longer is available—seems like there's no signal here! Posing for a picture will look fabulous without creepy zombie teeth cutting into your face. Get Together Closets built into walls once again allow your Sims to "WooHoo" and "Try For Baby." Get Together indeed! Sims will no longer ignore your desire to "Make Out with..." when using the Get Together closets: Perfect Size Closet, Squaring it Square, and Fashionista’s Closet. Pronouns on the notification for acquiring the Dance Skill and asking about another Sim are now correct. City Living Rounded decks, walls, platforms, pools, and fountains can now be placed in Apartments in San Myshuno. Cats & Dogs A Sim without the Cat Lover Trait who is watching the sky from the picnic table with another Sim who has that Trait will not spontaneously stare elsewhere besides their partner and the sky. A Sim with the Cat Lover Trait will no longer slide in animations when sitting close with another Sim. Interactions for collecting Cat and Dog hair piles are more performant. Every follicle counts! Sim clothes will no longer remain on when entering Sim tattoo mode in Create a Sim after using Paint Mode or selecting Coat Colors & Patterns on Pets. Seasons Sims now can use indoor Pools even when the weather is freezing.. They can be directed to use outdoor Pools, but won’t do so on their own. Flower Bunny and Patchy the Scarecrow now are off the market for Dates. Ain't That A Slate Toilet now has the appropriate two-tone swatch color. When planning a Holiday, all Traditions will correctly appear as selected when multiple are selected quickly. Get Famous The colors of the male full-body Trench Coat (ymBody_EP06CoatLong) no longer automatically change when paired with tall boots. Discover University Professors no longer run away when attempting to take them on a date. Cottage Living Foxes will no longer appear in Manage Households. Those foxes were sneaking in somewhere they didn't belong. Finchwick Fair submissions now properly return to Sim's inventory or to their Household Inventory after the Fair is over. Stealing is bad, Finchwick! High School Years Teen Sims can now complete their Aspiration goal by using the "Ask about College Parties" phone interaction with other Teens and then "Sneak Out" through an openable window. If acne is disabled in the Game Options, it will not appear on Sims in Live Mode. The correct icons now appear in the Action Queue for "Admire Courage", "Moving Too Fast", and "Talk about Marriage" rather than just showing the Sims face. The Social Bunny icon now looks more social instead of romantic. Once a Teen Sim becomes a Young Adult, the "Ask a Crush Out" and "Chat with a Crush" Wants are no longer available. The light is back in Sims’ eyes with certain hairstyles (yfHair_EP12WavyFadeOmbre, ymHair_EP12WavyFadeOmbre, and ymHair_EP12WavyFade). "Talk about Marriage" now appears in the "Small Talk" section of the Interaction Pie Menu and won't always surface to the main Pie Menu interactions. Benchmark Seating’s preview image now is pink when viewing the pink swatch. I can't blame it, blue's a great color. Growing Together Even if two Sims have amazing compatibility, romantic interactions won't always be successful. Haughty Herringbone Wall and Floor Tile’s color swatch for the gray version now matches instead of being black. Don't mind it, it was just going through an emo phase… Teen Sims will only have memories of "First Mess Around" and will not confuse this with "First Woohoo." Teens will have to wait for adulthood for that. Photobooth pictures will now fit nice and snug inside the Hodgepodge Photo Collage Frames. The social compatibility icon has been improved in the Relationship Panel to better represent compatibility. Horse Ranch If a Sim leaves a conversation while mounted, they no longer blather on indefinitely. Chestnut Ridge now shows its attractions when considering it for a Vacation. The tourism board wants you to visit for Dreadhorse Caverns, its rare fishing spots, and, of course, the horseback riding! "Ask about Getting a Horse" now shows the Friendly interaction icon in the Action Queue rather than showing the Horse Trainer's face. Up to eight Sims can enter the Equestrian Center instead of just one to spectate competitions—yeehaw! If the computer is broken, Sims now have to repair it before they can purchase or rescue a Horse with it. Horses move more smoothly and navigate more directly at Fast Speed and Ultra Speed. Horses no longer teleport to their destination when trying to walk backwards in Fast Speed or Ultra Speed. Foals turn around instead of sometimes going backwards to use objects. Horses have lots of “locomotion” improvements! They travel more directly to their destination, slow down when going through gates, and stop more smoothly. They walk in and out of narrow spaces and gates (forwards and backwards!) more deftly. Moreover, autonomous Horse movement is more performant. Sims on Horses no longer socialize with Sims through walls. For Rent Residential Rentals are now available for Penthouse Lots! We were waiting for Residential Rentals to high-rise to the occasion and now they're ready to be built to your specifications. The name of the Residential Rental lot will stop reverting back to its default name. The amount of Rent per Day now can be set with a controller on console. Households that do not use utilities such as power and water and owe zero Simoleons will not receive messages that threaten utility shutoff. When the Property Owner is visiting a Tenant unit on the same residential property, the Sim Picker specifies "Visit Unit..." rather than displaying "Go Home..." Deleting and then undoing the deletion of a shared unit wall in a Residential Rental lot that has reached its maximum unit capacity will no longer cause issues with the "Create Unit" functionality. Visiting the Property Owner on the same residential property will no longer state that the Property Owner is not home—they can't escape meeting you now! Changing the name of the Penthouse Residential Rental will also be reflected in the Property Management Interface and the Lot Name headers. "Sell Residential Rental" is specifically used to avoid confusion with commercial businesses when selling residential property. All versions of Oh So Floral, Oh So Fancy Tile now are shiny. The Rent shown now is correct based on the unit size and amenities. When renting a residential unit, a tooltip now specifies "Rent Unit" before confirming the rental, similar to renting an apartment. Tenants and Property Owners can now find each other in the Business filter of the Relationships Panel. The ability to increase and decrease the panel height on console is now available for the Owned Business Panel. The Unit Selection display for Residential Rentals in Manage Worlds now uses the D-Pad instead of L1/R1 (PlayStation) or LB/RB (Xbox) when changing floor level. Spa Day Short Round Nails look more natural and match the preview image. Dine Out Sims will drink and eat autonomously when they order both food and drinks at a restaurant. Previously, they would only drink. Sims no longer get stuck when replacing a restaurant they are running with another from the Gallery. Special non-playable Sims (like Michael Bell) are no longer available to be hired for restaurants. Neighborhood Sims now leave the restaurant after completing the eating of a grand meal and will no longer wait until the restaurant is closed. Wearing the respectable shirt and vest combo (ymTop_GP03Vest) was cutting off circulation, causing a groove to appear around the Sim's fingers. The cuffs have since been loosened and the Sim’s fingers are back to normal. Vampires Occult rank status for non-household occult Sims can now be seen in the Sim Profile. Star Wars™: Journey to Batuu For galactic safety, scheduling Events from the Calendar while in Batuu no longer is available. My Wedding Stories Wedding Cakes now note that only the Sim who plans the event can select the Cake. "Call off the Wedding" is available on both the Sim and the wedding arch while performing the vows. Never too late to call it off…until it is. Sims who are hungry will not eat the Wedding Cake until instructed. Go eat something else! Sims who travel to Tartosa can now successfully “Get Married to…” their partner at Town Hall. We heard that you wanted the option to plan a wedding with the Base Game Wedding Event even when you have My Wedding Stories, so Sims now can choose between "Plan Wedding Event" from Base Game or "Plan Customized Wedding Event" from My Wedding Stories when they're ready to get married. Sims now stand instead of sitting on the floor from "Please Take Your Seats" if there aren't enough chairs. Werewolves The Sweater (ymTop_GP12SweaterDecal) no longer distorts at the arm for male Sims when viewing from a distance. Crystal Creations When a Sim wears jewelry crafted and charged with the Fire Opal crystal on a Date, completing date goals will count 50% more towards the Date's score. Bust the Dust The "Filth Kills the Fun" Moodlet now has a unique icon all its own, awww. Sims no longer get multiple negative Dust Moodlets at the same time. Industrial Loft The preview image of the Johnny Zest's Sweet Revenge Sofa faces the same direction as the other couches in Build Mode. Urban Homage The Track Pants (ymBottom_SP50Track and ymBottom_SP50Denim) are now correctly tagged as masculine. If you’re reading this, you are probably eager to find out more about our Maxis Curation process and would like to get more information about the changes that we made to the guide itself. Well, we’re glad you’re here! It’s been a while and we have a lot to tell you! Make yourself comfy with a cuppa tea and go on a little journey with us! :smiley: We don’t curate any content that violates our Terms of Service We have added a callout to this rule to highlight that this does not only apply for content itself going forward, but also for player accounts that have been found to have violated EA’s Terms of Service. Why did we add this callout? We know that The Sims is not just about 100-Baby-Challenges and endless nights of building dream houses. The Sims is also a safe space for a big part of our Sims Community. And because the world outside can be crazy enough at times, we want to do more to protect this safe space for those who truly need it. This means that going forward, we’ll make sure that we won’t promote any content from players who have acted against our Terms of Service. Please keep in mind that cyberbullying is also a violation of our Terms of Service and reporting players/creations that weren't violating our ToS falls into this category, too. If you find yourself being harassed, bullied, or even impersonated by another player in the Gallery, please make sure to let us know by heading to EA Help’s Player Report page. We hope that these adjustments are also a reminder for all our players to be nice and fair to each other and to treat each other with respect. We are one community after all! We only curate original content and will not consider re-uploads from users other than the original creator We are aware of some instances in the past where players received a Maxis Fav although their creation was a re-upload that was not tagged as such. We know this is a big talking point among some of our creators so we would like to dedicate some lines to this. While we would like to assure you that we are very careful when checking potential curation candidates, these things can still happen. This is because our checks are performed by real human beings who can make mistakes from time to time (I really need to program my Servobot to help me with that task!). But you can be sure that we are deeply sorry whenever something like this happens! Something that we see regularly is accusing comments on player’s profiles or in the comment section of re-uploads. Before we go further into this topic, let’s take a step back. Remember that people of all kinds and ages play The Sims and use the Gallery in different ways and that we don't know their personal circumstances. Sometimes, we might come across someone who doesn’t understand or isn’t aware of the overall Gallery etiquette yet. In these situations, we would like to encourage you, our Community, to help your fellow Simmers. Let them know what you normally do to give credit to another player's content or how you showcase other player’s creations. We are convinced that a lot of our new players will welcome some feedback, tips, and tricks from our more experienced ‘old stagers’. :smile: Besides this, we also set up this Maxis Fav Re-Upload Report Form for you where you can report Maxis Curated items that you find to be a re-upload without credit given to the original creator. We would like to ask you to use this form for Maxis Favorited re-uploads only and not for general re-uploads!* The responses coming from this form are checked and reviewed daily as part of the curation process and we will remove the Maxis Fav from a reported item if we find the report to be valid. We hope that this feature will help us follow up with any mistakenly faved re-uploads faster and in a better way. Although we are encouraging you to use the form mentioned above to report Maxis Favorited re-uploads, this doesn’t mean that you can’t continue to report these instances directly to us through the forums or through Twitter! But should you decide to go with this option, we are asking you to do so in a respectful manner, without being rude, or engaging in so-called naming & shaming. For more information on this, please have a look at our Forum Rules & Guidelines. So, when reporting a re-upload, you could use a wording like, “I believe that to be a re-upload based on a creation by .”, and we’ll happily take a look. Be kind! :smile: * For general re-uploads, please continue to use the plagiarism report option in the Gallery. We don’t curate content that contains Custom Content (CC) or requires the use of mods to be created. The reasons for this are fairly simple. Firstly, the purpose of Maxis Favorites is to honour the most amazing creations that our community has to offer, of course. Secondly, it also aims to provide a pure The Sims 4 experience and a starting point for players who are new to the game. We want new players to be inspired and start their own creations based on what they see in the Maxis Fav section. At the same time, we want to avoid that new players become frustrated when they can’t re-create what they saw in a Max Fav because that particular creation has a specific rotated object (using the T.O.O.L. Mod), a picture that’s not in the Decoration section of the build & buy catalog, or because it makes use of a custom pose in the Gallery. Please don’t worry, you will still be able to upload your content using those CC/mod features to the Gallery and nothing will change about that. But in order to receive a Maxis Fav for your creation, please make sure to replace custom paintings or thumbnail poses with original game content and not to rotate objects using the TOOL mod. If you can’t go without CC, you can simply upload 2 different versions of your creation - one with CC and one without which then is eligible for the Maxis Fav selection (and trust me, if your creation receives a Maxis Fav, there will be plenty of players looking at your other creations as well including the ones using CC! :wink:). That’s all we have for you at this point. We hope that you enjoyed this glimpse behind the scenes of Maxis Curations and that you are happy with the changes that we made as well as the reasoning behind them. Sims Delivery Express (SDX) Whenever you see this freezer bunny just know, it’s good news: you just got a Sims Delivery! Sims Delivery Express (short: SDX) will bring free content to your Base Game as a complementary, more spontaneous little sister/brother of our regular game updates. Sims Deliveries can include: New Build mode or Create A Sim content Tiny game fixes, those that don’t need a Game Update to be delivered For the future, we hope to expand this list but for now we hope you enjoy every upcoming Sims Delivery! To get a Sims Delivery all you need to do is launch your game as usual and the game will check to see if there is any new content available. Restart after the downloads are completed and enjoy! We’ve heard feedback that there are hair styles, currently gated behind packs, that offer more representation than those included with the Base Game. We love creating packs that offer cohesive and immersive themes but we are also committed to ensuring access to a full catalogue of character elements that will ensure representation for all players. We are continuing to research and select a small number of hair styles from previously released packs which will be added to the Base Game over time for the benefit of all Simmers. Next Patch Sneak Peak Scenarios - A new way to play What are Scenarios? Scenarios are goal-based stories within the game where a player’s choice impacts the outcome. There are many different outcomes to Scenarios and many different ways to achieve those outcomes. That’s right, there’s more than one way to complete a Scenario, just as in real life! You never know how the story will go. How you get there is up to you! Two Scenarios in the next patch update On the day that Scenarios launch, you’ll be able to play two Scenarios: Making Money and Finding Love after a Break up. This first batch of Scenarios have a challenge aspect to them and are called ‘Challenge Scenarios’. For example, Making Money places your Sim in a situation where they have zero simoleons in their bank account. To complete the Scenario you’ll have to work your way to one million simoleons. How you get there is really up to you! You could choose the noble route and work your way through hard work and dedication or you can get creative and get to a million simoleons in other ways… 😉 How to access and play Players that download the patch on November 2nd will have access to the brand new Scenarios feature. You'll be able to access currently available Scenarios via the Main Menu following these easy steps: Click on the 'New Scenario' button on the Main Menu Choose the Scenario you'd like to try out Once you've selected your Scenario, choose whether you'd like to start a new save, or use an existing save. Please note: In the first version of Scenarios, a Scenario can only be started in a new household. We're working on bringing existing households into Scenarios for a future update! Once you're in CAS, create your household making sure to complete any requirements Next up, choose your world and lot. Remember, if you're playing 'Making Money' that your household funds will be set to 0 once beginning. So, you may be in for quite the challenge if you choose to start with a bulldozed or unfurnished lot. Enter live mode, and enjoy! More Scenarios to come The party is just starting! There will be more Scenarios with different themes and different styles moving forward. Over time, you’ll notice new Scenarios appearing in the Main Menu. Some Scenarios will be available for a long time while others will be available for a limited time. So make sure to stay connected! Scenarios FAQ Where did you get your inspiration from for Scenarios? We’ve been interested in creating new ways for Simmers to play, and the Scenarios feature was born from this. For our first batch, we looked to our vast community to see how you all have been inspiring others, so we’ve leaned into the concept of challenges as inspiration for this feature. Can I use an existing household to play Scenarios? For the first version of the feature you’ll only be able to add Scenarios to a new household in either a new or existing save. We’re working on expanding this out to existing households in the future, stay tuned for more updates. Will there be more Scenarios in the future? Yes! More Scenarios, new variations to existing Scenarios as well as new features will be added over time. How many possible outcomes are there in one Scenario? There will be several ways that a Scenario can end. We’ve listed a couple of possible outcomes in the description for each Scenario, but there are some that aren’t listed, too. Can I continue playing with the save file of the Scenario afterwards? Yes! You’ll be able to continue playing with the save file and the household that you’ve worked on completing the Scenario with. If you choose a lot without a house will your sim still have 0 Simoleons? Yes! In Making Money, you’ll be able to start a lot without a house if you’d like. This would be one way to create a more difficult Scenario if you’d like. Are the challenges timed? We do keep track of Sim time as you’re playing, so you’ll get to see how much Sim time has elapsed from start to your outcome, however there is no time limit once you’ve started the Scenario. There will be some Scenarios that are only available for a limited time. As long as you’ve started the Scenario before the limited time period has ended, you’ll be able to play the Scenario through to completion. Additional Hair for the Base Game As mentioned in the Hot Topics, over time we’ll select a small number of hair styles from previously released packs and add them to the Base Game for the benefit of all Simmers. Hot Topics A Status Update on Customizable Pronouns Coming to The Sims 4 Our team at The Sims™ believes that gender neutrality plays a very important role in building a fully inclusive society. This is why we’ve continued to evolve The Sims 4, working to make the game more diverse, inclusive and representative of our global community, step by step, day by day, patch by patch. Back in May 2021, we announced our pursuit of customizable pronouns in The Sims 4, with the goal of presenting a first look of our research and efforts with a fireside chat in January 2022. On Tuesday, January 18, we did just that. Key members of The Sims dev team, as well as Rae Sweet of our partner in this project It Gets Better, a nonprofit organization empowering and connecting the LGBTQ+ community, delivered a first look at the game’s latest intention in becoming more inclusive. Our team is developing a feature that will allow players to customize the pronouns of their Sims in CAS, allowing for even more freedom of expression. While pronouns are a very important piece when it comes to greater inclusivity for The Sims 4, we understand that customizable pronouns will not make the game 100-percent gender neutral. Making The Sims 4 more inclusive of gender neutrality is an ongoing learning and development process for us and we will continue to update this feature over time. What we’re working on right now and what players will eventually see in the game is the first iteration of this feature and we hope it will make your game feel yet more welcoming and kind. One important aspect of our research is considering how pronouns will exist in the 18 languages of The Sims 4. There’s no one solution for all, but we’ll be mindful of the grammatical rules of each of those languages. The first iteration of this feature, however, will focus on English. But rest assured, other languages will be added and supported as we continue to update and improve over time. We know this feature is dear to many of you (and so it is to us!) who cannot wait to customize the pronouns of their Sims. Please know, the work is in progress. And our research and design will continue until we feel the feature is in a good place to be launched into the game. That said, there’s still a path ahead of us and we will make sure to check in with you again on the way and keep you updated. Sneak Peek It’s Sims Delivery time! Hot Topics An update on the non-binary pronouns This past May, we opened up about our pursuit of non-binary language in The Sims. Since then, we've researched global language characteristics, connected with consultants, and collected data on areas where a change may be needed. Although there is a path ahead of us before we are able to update the game, we'd like to give you a look behind-the-scenes and show you where we are in the process. In January 2022, during the first Inside Maxis of the new year, we're hosting a fireside chat with members of our development team where we will share an update including the research completed to date, more on our partnership with external experts and the work-in-progress wire frames. Make sure to tune in! An update on the NPC overhaul We did not forget about our Townies update that we mentioned back in August. . On the contrary, we have been working behind-the-scenes with a talented group of people including concept and character artists, our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that help us to create inclusive experiences in our game and of course, members of the Sims community who have shared their valuable feedback with us based on their extensive knowledge about the histories of these characters. While we don’t have a date to the release of this update, we do have some work-in-progress images to give you an idea of the direction we’re heading. Please note that these are WIP concepts and not final. What you end up seeing in-game might differ from the images that we show you; this NPC update is a process that goes through changes as we continue to research, adjust and collaborate. Why are Skintones getting lighter over the course of The Sims games? Hundreds of Townies have come to life since the first The Sims game launched 21 years ago! A lot of love has been put into every single one of them and we acknowledge they need continued care and attention. So, it’s about time for a Townie overhaul! We’re currently in the process of updating NPCs in The Sims 4 including visuals as well as their lore. It goes without saying that what we show here is a nano, micro, mini selection of all the great content that we see every day on the Forums. We will continue doing Community Spotlights in the future to showcase as much as possible! Helios Dating Kalamainu'u Iona by @Metior_Ice Helios started the morning working on a wood carving. The Eons, a family of Aliens, had a normal looking house with an eye-catching garden, but on the inside, where no one else but the family was allowed to enter, the house had appliances with artificial intelligence and advanced sleeping pods. Helios often spent time in his swimwear from the moment he woke up because of his mermadic mutation after eating mermadic kelp. His bedroom was a pool he slept in. Helios started to accept his new form, and he was grateful that he could still disguise his appearance and be on land with his siblings. One night, he decided to invite Iona over for another date since the last date didn't go very well. The two merfolk swam to one of the remote portions of the lagoon in Ohan'Ali. Unaware of the cultural significance of a Charmer's Lullaby among merfolk, Helios serenaded Iona with his mermadic lullaby. Also unaware of the cultural significance of Mermaid's Kiss, Helios moved in with a kiss of life. He didn't know that his actions meant that he was promising to devote himself and his life to Iona, but he wouldn't mind. Iona was interesting to him. She seemed to have a hidden side of her personality that he wanted to discover. He would commit his life to her if that's what it took to learn more about her. It was reassuring that, when Iona saw his true alien form, that she didn't pull away. She wasn't afraid of him. Fier Legacy by @Haneul The Fiers are a vampire family led by an arrogant and socially awkward megalomaniac named Asher who, among other things, hopes to have 100 children. As of now, he's had 17. The youngest five recently became young adults and are discovering the perks of university, so Asher's ready to move on from the life he's built with them in Sulani. Even though everyone is into pursuing an eco lifestyle and protecting the environment and even though Asher employed some draconian conservation policies while working as a top-level conservationist, he's done with that kind of tiny living stuff and had a (gaudy flamboyant) palace built in San Myshuno, where he recently relocated his family and where he intends to raise the next generation of his children. The Fiers moved from Sulani to San Myshuno, and they were enjoying their new home. For example, Adelise and her daughter, Dysis, played many rounds of ping-pong on the roof with the city skyline as their backdrop. Dawn and Delmarya (Deli) swam laps in their indoor pool. Adelise also enjoyed cooking in their new kitchen. But the move had been exhausting. The youngest Fiers (Dawn, Deli, Dysis, Darius, and Dyna), despite most of them being quite happy, were trying to adjust to a new home in a new city with a new climate while in the middle of their colleges' academic terms. It was a bit of a mess and they resorted to napping—a lot. Poor Dyna, who on top of everything else was on Foxbury's soccer team, collapsed from exhaustion once. As for their father, Asher, he was adjusting well. He intended to begin a new career, but he wanted to let the megalomaniac in him shine before resigning from his current job as Chief Sustainability Officer. In the name of cost-cutting and energy saving, Asher unilaterally forced the city to shut off its power for a few hours after 8 p.m. He could do this every day if he wanted, but he'd refrain for the economy's sake. During the power outage, he relaxed in his office, and by candlelight, re-read a tome about the greatness of vampires (like him, he thought). At any rate, his daughters were used to this sort of draconian power saving and did their homework unbothered. During the power outage, Asher's eldest daughter, Aster, who'd moved out long ago, also visited the Fiers' new home for the first time. Asher was always happy to see her and he didn't hide that, but he did stop himself from being overbearing and smothering her with fatherly affection in front of everyone. Instead, he snuck off to his office for a few minutes to privately celebrate. A pillar in our Sims forum community for years and one of our most active users on Answers HQ as a member of the Community Connections program. Hot Topics Q: Will there be more relationship options in Create A Sim? A: Currently, we do not have any plans around expanding families and households. Our focus right now is on expanding gameplay possibilities, like family cooking and gardening, as well as more exciting ways for players to represent themselves. Rest assured, we hear the want for more relationship options and will keep it on our list of improvements for the future. Q: Will the likes and dislikes system be expanded in the future? A: We saw a very positive reaction from the community when we added new likes and dislikes to the Base Game last month. So, we definitely don’t want to stop here :) We are planning on adding new music preferences and activities as time allows! Q: Can you give hints to easter eggs and hidden worlds? A: This is actually a really cool idea! We've always wondered if exposing the secrets of the game takes away from your own exploration as we love seeing you all share what you recently discovered in game like swimming in Britechester or the hidden worlds in the three neighborhoods. Still, we think your request shows there's an opportunity to balance both so stay tuned by following us on social @TheSims ! We can't say yet, but we can tell you our social media team is super excited about this idea! Q: Will you fix the bugged black hair colors? A: Yes! We’ve finished our initial audit of Black Hair colors and we'll update you soon on when we'll be able to release the adjusted hairs. Please bear with us on this one tough as it might take us some time, and we'd like to give you some background on why: Once the colors for the hair styles are chosen, we use a gradient swatch to make sure the color is consistent across all hairs. This gradient swatch is manually added to each hair and “recolors” a grayscale texture. However, because each hair has a different texture and geometric shape, this can cause the colors to appear differently depending on the individual hair texture, the geometry of the actual hair model, and the lighting in the game. We cannot prove the correctness of the color until it appears in the game. When we do need to correct, we must do so one by one as every hair may need a different solution. We’re currently working on going through the hairs again to make adjustments, and would love to hear feedback if there are particular hairs where the color looks like it may need an adjustment. With the multitude of hairs that are in the game it can take quite a bit of time to get through them all but we’ll continue to work on improving the experience. Fun facts! The Sims x LGBTQ+ Artists We’ve partnered with three talented artists from the LGBTQ+ community to bring their inspiring art into the game! In our June patch, you’ve already seen the amazing art piece from Jupiter aka @MidnightFox452 on Twitter and Instagram. In the next patch update, you’ll find two new pieces from the two other artists Mohammed and Ashley inside the game. Take a look at the In Real Life images below. Ashley Lukashepsky @Ashlukadraws Ashely’s piece is meant to convey the idea that our liberations are interlinked, and that we need to look out for each other. She uses illustration and visual art as a tool to strengthen social movements for racial justice, immigrant justice, climate justice, mental health and LGBTQIA+ liberation. Ashely thinks that in order to tear down harmful systems, we need to be able to envision a world without them. She’s trying to draw what that world looks like - and we think it looks exactly like that! Mohammed Iman Fayaz @brohammed The title of this piece is ‘A Recipe for Good Times’ and is described by the artist as ‘some sweetness, some tenderness, some silliness, and some love. A recipe for good times.’ Mohammed thinks that so much of the culture around Pride is about one month, the big, the bright, the bold, the huge celebrations, but @brohammed is really interested in the softer moments. Who do we lean on, who’s in our circle, how do we care for each other in the downtime? For Mohammed, this piece is an ode to the quietness and sweetness of close friendships. We couldn’t agree more! New Hair This is the brand new hair we made for the next patch update. It is a modernized version of the large afro hairstyle we updated previously. In the next game update, Sims will be able to do more things with the family! Cooking Together Group Cooking allows you to select up to 5 sims to come together and cook a meal. It allows you to gain relationships while also preparing better quality meals with more servings. In addition to any Sim that is on a player’s lot, Children can also be chosen to cook with an adult! They will gain mental skill as part of doing this. Sims that cook together can get a new sentiment. Kids gardening Children will be able to water, weed, plant, and harvest crops. Please note: players won’t be able to use the vertical garden from Eco Lifestyle. Water is available to all Children, but weed, plant, and harvest are unlocked by Mental skill thresholds. Children and Toddlers will also be able to talk to plants, just a cute social interaction. Toddlers Babble or Talk depending on Communication skill. Children have a few random renames of talk like “Ask how the Sun tastes” TYAE Sims with enough Gardening skill can also Teach About Plants to Child Sims. A social that provides the child with Mental skill. All Sims who can plant seeds (TYAE and Children with enough Mental skill) will also have a new option on gardening containers (pot, planter, patch, etc.) to “Plant…” the seeds in their inventory. Sims Sessions If you haven't heard or read, Sims Sessions are now live - our first-ever in-game music event! Be sure to tune in to the music festival of the Summer of Sims in Magnolia Blossom Park! We’ve been bringing new music to The Sims in Simlish since 2004, making The Sims a place for discovery In Real Life, and with Sims Sessions we want to give our players a fresh and new experience in the game! Live now and until July 7th, Bebe Rexha, Glass Animals, and Joy Oladokun will be kicking off a limited time, intimate, in-game music festival where your Sims will be able to experience: Music: A unique Simlish concert experience Shopping: Buy artist themed merchandise OR run your own craft sales table Festival Inspired Lounges: Camp out, sleep, nap, make friends, woohoo, use the restroom, or grab a snack! Food Trucks: Experience classic festival foods in The Sims Fashion: Change your outfit at the festival by putting on fits inspired by the performers Party & Perform: Afterwards, go on stage and keep the party going with continued music, lights, and dancing all night long Steps get to Sims Sessions Start a New Game or an Existing Game and wait until Sunday. At around 10:30 AM, your Sim will get a notification and ticket in their inventory. At around 12:00 - 12:30 PM, your Sim will get a phone call inviting them to the Sessions, and the ticket's "Go to Sims Sessions Venue" interaction will be available. If you don't want to wait for the phone call or ticket interaction, you can travel to Magnolia Blossom Park in Willow Creek, which will have a music icon that shows the Sessions location and time! Currently, we've been investigating the changes needed considering not only the size of our game, but the possibilities for all of our 18 supported languages to make sure that we do this work the best way possible. This is super important to all of us, which means we want to make sure we do it right. Thank you all for the continued support of a truly representative environment in-game. We are hopeful for the future and look forward to sharing progress when we are able to as well as our future plans for this aspect and others across the game. Speaking of sharing progress - here is some concept art of one current work-in-progress design we are looking to add into the game at a later patch. As you can see, we’re pretty inspired by Morocco and while we do not have a date of release for this item, we are super excited to support further representation in the base game, this year and beyond. Disclaimer: Apparel designs are subject to change at time of release. Are there any plans to make new whims to add depth to Sim personality? Although we are not currently working on whims, it is a system that we would like to revisit in the future. We’re now committing more time in our schedules to free updates than ever before, and we’re starting to see the impact of our commitment with our skin tone updates, trait improvements and bunk beds to name but a few. What factors does the team look at when differentiating a GP from an EP? We want to create the best new Sims experiences first and foremost. Then we determine the best size pack to deliver that experience in its best form. There’re many factors when choosing pack size. For example, if the theme is better served with a grand scope and vision, it takes a bigger, broader Expansion Pack approach. Other times a great theme and experience can be made available to players at a more affordable price point through a more focused Game Pack. And yet other times a hyper-specific, nuanced Stuff Pack or kit could be the perfect fit. It’s all about tailoring and pairing the right sized experience to the right sized offering. When will you fix the "Hates Children" issue? Consent isn’t something to play with, so we’re updating the trait with the upcoming patch. Is there potential for story progression in Townies/NPCs? For those who may not know, Story Progression is the concept of Sims beyond my active household having life moments without me initiating them. There absolutely is potential for this at some point in the future. While we can't confirm any details at this time, we are excited for the possibilities. Hot Topics When will the ‘Simulation/Autonomy Lag’ be fixed? We’re on it! Particularly, what we’re doing right now is identifying what the root cause of this issue is. That means, we’re investigating what specific actions during gameplay do lead to the lag? This is the first step we need to take because the simulation/autonomy lag is not the actual issue, it’s rather a symptom that can have dozens of different causes. If the lag has happened in your game, you’ve probably experienced the following most common manifestations of this symptom: Sims standing around doing nothing Sims not doing anything on their own (with free will set to max) Sims take forever to do a given command Time jumping backwards after fast forwarding to Ultra Speed. The Sims will usually freeze while fast forwarded. Sims come home late from school FPS Drops Once we identify what specific actions and circumstances lead to the lag, we’ll know what we need to work on. And the best way to find out, is by analysing your save files! The more save files we can analyse the higher the chance we’ll be able to find the cause soon. That said, please continue your awesome support and keep sending us your save files whenever you experience the lag! How to share your save files Please provide the following information when sending your save files. You can send your info through this form or DM SimGuruNick directly on AHQ. Basic Information about your computer (CPU, Operating System, Amount of RAM, Graphics Card, Hard Drive Space). This is not to blame your computer for the issue but to see what kinds of systems this issue is occurring on) How big is your save game ? Bookworm Bookworm Sims will prefer to choose reading activities autonomously over other Fun actions. NPC Bookworm Sims will be seen carrying books where possible. Cheerful When a Cheerful Sim socializes with a non-Cheerful / non-happy Sim, that Sim has the chance to get a Tense 'Cheered to Death' buff. Cheerful Sims will autonomously try and perk up Gloomy Sims Negative emotional buffs will decay faster than usual when Cheerful Sims are in a Happy mood. Cheerful Sims have a greater chance of success with Friendly socials when in a Happy mood. Clumsy Clumsy Sims have a chance of failure when engaging in sporting activities like Using a Treadmill, Ice Skating, Snowboarding or Skiing. Clumsy Sims have a chance of stumbling when walking around - this will elicit a response from nearby Sims. Clumsy Sims with higher Handiness have a lesser chance of breaking objects. Clumsy Sims have a small additional chance of breaking certain electronic devices like the Computer, Research Machine, Juice Fizzer, Cupcake Machine, Games Console, Arcade Machine and Popcorn Maker. Genius Genius Sims have a chance of a 'Eureka Moment' while showering or bathing that gives a small amount of skill for a random skill they already have, Genius Sims get a new interaction 'Solve Hard Problems' that helps them build Logic skill. Genius Sims get a new idle where they appear to be pondering / solving problems. Genius Sims will prefer 'cerebral' activities like Chess over other more trivial Fun actions. Gloomy Gloomy Sims will choose to autonomously Mourn, or act in a gloomy way (like sighing to themselves) more often. Gloomy Sims will get an Inspired 'Spectral Influence' buff when in proximity to Ghosts. Gloomy Sims get Sad moods prolonged if they see Cheerful Sims doing cheerful things, and also react in disgust. Gloomy Sims have an increased chance of waking up in a Sad mood. Glutton Glutton Sims will autonomously choose to grab snacks more often. Good Good Sims get a new interaction 'Help Out' that reduces negative mood duration on another Sim in a negative mood. Good Sims have a lower chance of choosing to do Mean or Mischief actions autonomously. Good Sims will autonomously choose to react negatively to seeing Mean actions being performed. Good Sims are more likely to choose to do Friendly actions autonomously. Goofball Goofball Sims are more likely to autonomously choose Mischief or prank activities like Prank Toilet. Hates Children Sims with the Hates Children trait are very unreceptive to being asked to ‘Try for Baby’ Hates Children Sims will get Tense, then Angry around child Sims, and also move away when they get to the Angry stage, Hates Children Sims will look annoyed when idling in the Tense or Angry buff stages. Hates Children Sims get a Happy 'Quiet Environment Child-free Zone' buff if away from children for a time. Hot Headed Hot Headed Sims who get pranked have a greater chance of getting Angry. Having other Sims Enthuse about things can make Hot Headed Sims Angry. Hot Headed Sims get Angry if they lose career performance Hot Headed Sims won't be targeted by other Sims as for Mischief actions. Hot Headed Sims get Angry at failed romance attempts (giving or receiving). Jealous Jealous Sims get a new interaction "Talk through issues" which gives a chance of a reduced duration of negative Buffs from less serious Jealous buffs Jealous Sims get a reduction in the duration of less serious Jealous buffs Jealous Sims are now less sensitive to time spent away from their SO. Mean Mean Sims will autonomously laugh at other Sims misfortune. Mean Sims are more likely to choose to do Mean actions (like Kick Over Trash Can) autonomously. Neat Neat Sims are more likely to autonomously choose to do cleaning actions more frequently. Neat Sims will try and clean things that aren't dirty autonomously. Noncommittal Asking a Noncommittal Sim to 'Try For Baby' has a very low chance of success. Perfectionist Perfectionist Sims will get an increased chance of Masterclass crafted objects, and will react favorably when they do. Perfectionist Sims may choose to autonomously repeat some crafting actions (like Painting) numerous times. Perfectionist Sims who create any Masterwork have a high chance of gaining a Focused ‘In The Zone’ buff which has a chance to increase the quality of another crafting interaction. If they do achieve a better quality during this buff, they gain an Inspired ‘Focused Payoff' buff. Ambitious Ambitious Sims will autonomously mock Goofball Sims for Goofball actions. Next Patch Sneak Peek What’s coming We’re including the updated retro style Large Afro and a new Short Afro into the next patch update. Both hairs will be available for adults, children and toddlers. We’ll also add six new hair colors in a future patch. In our Inside Maxis livestream on 4/27 we stated the colors will be updated in the next patch. However, the update will not happen in the upcoming but in a future patch instead. We apologize for any confusion. Last but not least, there will be new Asian eye presets that specifically are intended to bring in more options for east Asian representation. We’ve received some feedback from you about adding more diverse body features in CAS and this is part of our ongoing effort to continue updating the game to bring in more diverse content that allows users to re-create their authentic selves in game. We appreciate your ongoing and passionate engagement to support us in making this game the best it can be! Our approach We put a lot of effort into delivering the most authentic design to make sure we create hair and body features that are truthful to representation. We did loads of research and took inspiration from real world examples. But we also talked to a variety of people such as our ERGs (Employee Resource Group) and most importantly, to the Game Changers that consulted us on skintones. Why is the hair red? During the development process, we use a lighter color - red or orange - because it's easier to better see highlights and shadows when designing the hair. Working with darker colors off the bat can be more difficult because noticing the contrast can be tricky. Once we have the hair completed, we translate it into the different colors and adjust the levels from there. What will it look like? Take a look at a selection of the concept art below. We’ve seen a lot of questions from you about specific pack themes/features and we’ve definitely been taking notes, but we are not ready to share any specifics yet about future pack themes or features.. What we can say is that highly requested packs and features are always top of mind, especially when we think about what we want to do next. As soon as these things become more real, we’ll update you here. So... what is needed to make it real? To bring new content into the game involves many, many processes. We have to take important steps that are a part of the game development process and that often takes time. This time is needed to ensure we meet your expectations and to deliver the best quality. A lot of things have happened since our last update to the Maxis Curation Guide – not only did we get configurable stairs, stackable windows, platforms, and hundreds of new Debug items, but also the Gallery finally came to console players (HOORAAAYY!), just to name a few alterations. Based on this we felt like now is the perfect time to give our Curation Guide a general update and to enhance our Maxis Favorite nomination process. So bear with us, there are a few things we would like to cover. But first, let us tell you how thankful we are for this incredibly creative, passionate, inclusive, and welcoming community. Seeing all these amazing creations uploaded to the Gallery and the Maxis Fav nominations on the forums reminds us of how outstanding this community is every single day. Thanks a bunch for your participation and your praise for “fav’d” creations – it warms our hearts and makes the curation process something truly special to our team. Alright, enough of this cloying sentimentality! Let’s get down to the nitty-gritty: ABOUT THIS GUIDE You will notice that we added and clarified a few rules in the guide. We’ve created a separate forum post >here< where we explain why we decided to make those changes and to give you, our Simmers, an extended insight. :smile: One thing that we want to point out is that these guidelines change and evolve as time passes, with or without notice. This may result in us breaking our own rules from time to time but this will have to be decided on a case by case basis. (One possible scenario for this could be, for example, special curation requests based on particular themes or occasions - just to give you a rough idea.) NOMINATIONS Let’s talk about how you can nominate another player’s creations for Maxis Favorites and what our criteria look like when checking those items. We would also like to increase everyone’s chances of receiving a Maxis Fav – but more on that later. :smile: Most Maxis Favorite nominations usually have reached us through the forums (in addition to those creations that the SimGurus pass along or that we find on social media). That being said, when we look at the current forum nomination threads, the one for Lot nominations has reached 159 pages now. 159 PAGES!!! That is a lot so we figured that, while we’re already sharing these new Curation guidelines with you, it would make sense to have a fresh start for your nominations as well. You can find the new nomination forum threads where you can nominate creations for Maxis Fav right here (we check them on a daily basis, btw): For Lots For Rooms For Households We would also like to invite our amazing Twitter community to this process and enable you folks to nominate creations by tweeting about them. Use the hashtag #maxisfav and let us know why you think your nomination is special! When you nominate a creation you can make our lives a bit easier and speed up the process by including the name of the creation, the creator’s Origin ID & the associated Gallery link in your tweet/post. This also leaves us with more time for testing them. ;) RULES & CRITERIA There are certain criteria that creations need to fulfill in order to score a Maxis Fav; further, all nominations need to pass our internal checks & playtests. Before we dive into the specific checks for HOUSEHOLDS & BUILDS (including Lots & Rooms), there are also some GENERAL RULES that apply to all creations: We do not curate any content that violates our Terms of Service. Item names, item descriptions, the player’s Origin ID & the Gallery page of nominated players should not contain any offensive and/or inappropriate content or language and/or alcohol/drug references. Accounts of players who have been found to have violated EA’s Terms Of Service will not be considered for Maxis Favorites (we respect our player’s privacy so these decisions won’t be communicated or discussed). We will only curate original content and will not consider re-uploads from users other than the original creator (except for Shell challenges). We will not curate submissions for Spark’d challenges. The reason for this is that we don't want to influence the voting process in an unfair way. We will not curate content that contains Custom Content (CC) or requires the use of mods to be created. This includes: Household outfits and their associated thumbnail pictures (custom poses) Builds containing CC or which could only be made using mods Custom paintings displaying content that cannot be found in the game Now, let’s take a closer look at our specific checks for HOUSEHOLDS & BUILDS: HOUSEHOLDS Each Sim of the household should have at least one designed outfit per outfit category. As mentioned above, we don’t curate households that use custom poses. Also, we don’t curate household compositions that are not possible without the use of cheats/mods. For example, families that contain toddlers/children only (no teens/ young adults/ adults/ elder present) We don’t curate Sims who represent celebrities, public figures or copyrighted fictional characters (including characters from books, games, TV shows, movies etc.). Backstories aren’t a requirement for Maxis Fav, but if we need to decide between two households, and one of them has a backstory and one of them doesn’t, we tend to prefer the one that has a backstory. LOTS & ROOMS We don’t consider Lots or Rooms for Maxis Curation that were created using Custom Content. We also don’t curate builds or rooms that resemble or mention copyrighted content. Lots and rooms should appear as they do in the thumbnail. We know that using the bb.moveobjects cheat (MOO) is very common among all Simmers (we’re guilty of using it ourselves) but we cannot assume that all players are familiar with this cheat. That’s why we will test every Lot & Room without enabling MOO. This can lead to different issues with those builds. Unfortunately, we can’t give a Maxis Favorite to items affected by the following: "Flickering" - this is a visual glitch that appears on overlapping objects placed with MOO when rotating, moving or zooming the camera in & out. We see it a Lot on kitchen counters, tables & bookshelves. Clutter is life! <3 But be careful that we don’t run into any pathing issues when play-testing your build! (see what we did there? :smiley: ) Make sure that your Sims can interact with items and that they can navigate to any room or area on your Lot, including gardens & pools. When spreading clutter on kitchen counters, shelves & beds using MOO, also remember that those surfaces might disappear when being placed without MOO. As mentioned above, missing items could result in a build not exactly looking like what’s in the thumbnail picture which means it won’t be considered for Maxis Fav. Keep in mind: holiday decorations placed using the “The Attic Stack Decoration Box” disappear when being placed from the Gallery, so try to decorate your house using the items available in the build/buy catalog if possible. We are truly impressed with what you can create using resized items. Just make sure that this doesn’t cause any of the issues mentioned for Rooms & Lots above. Complexity is not everything: We also accept base game builds, simple Rooms & starter Lots. You don’t need all the packs to land a Maxis Fav! ;) We don’t look at the price of Rooms/Lots when selecting items for our checks. There is one exception: starter Lots should not cost more than 20k Simoleons. Houses should be fully furnished, but we’re also happy to curate Lots that leave some room for other player’s creativity by leaving one room unfurnished. Please only nominate Rooms that have been shared as Rooms on the Gallery. Nominations for Rooms which are only available as part of a Lot cannot be considered for a Maxis Favorite. We are happy to get hints about the specific Lot and the season in which the build was originally created, but this doesn't have any impact on the likelihood of selection. MORE FAVS FOR EVERYONE! We hope you didn’t forget that we talked about increasing your chances of receiving a Maxis Fav earlier. What do we mean by this? Let us explain: As a rule of thumb we have tried to make sure that we do not give the same creators a Maxis Fav repeatedly in a short period of time. Once a Simmer received a Maxis Fav they were placed on a “hold list” for roughly 30 days. Within those 30 days we wouldn’t consider any other creations by this player. After the 30 days had passed we would remove the player from this “hold list” and include them in our curation checks again until they eventually receive another Maxis Fav. This system was a good start for giving different players a chance to be rewarded with a Maxis Fav, but there is also some room for improvement in the system. To improve this system we’re splitting this “hold list” into categories for each type of item that can be curated. This means that once you receive a Maxis Fav, you are not automatically excluded from all Maxis Fav checks for the next 30 days.You will still have the chance to score a Maxis Fav in the other two categories. Here is an example of what that could look like: Player A received a Maxis Fav for an awesome Lot, but instead of being excluded from any further Maxis Fav selections for 30 days, Player A still has a chance to get a Maxis Fav for a Room and a Household. (We wouldn’t curate all three items by only one player in one day though!) This means that you might score not only one or two, but three (three!!!) Maxis Favs within a 30-day time frame. What a time to be alive! ONE LAST THING Well, actually two last things. Here are two more tips from us on how you can ensure that you get the most out of your Maxis Fav and how you can increase your chances of scoring a Maxis Fav even more: If you didn’t receive a Maxis Fav on one of your Lots, please don’t worry! There are an incredible amount of amazing creations out there! If you have not been lucky with scoring a Maxis Fav for your Lot so far, you can increase your chances of being selected by uploading single rooms of your build to the Gallery as well. This way you have the chance of scoring a Maxis Fav for your rooms even if you won’t score it for your Lot as a whole. When nominating a creation for Maxis Fav always make sure to have a look at the Creation Date. As you might be aware curated items only show up for a certain period of time within the “Popular Now” filter section. We’re always trying to keep this section fresh to show our latest Favs to our Simmers, so we try to select items that will remain in this filter for a while. Even though we don’t exclude older items from the Maxis Fav process there might be times when we need to prioritize newer uploads to make sure our “Popular Now” section doesn’t empty out. Because of this we recommend getting your nominations out there as close to the date on which an item was shared/uploaded as possible. Hello Everyone! It’s been a while since we last talked about Maxis Faves (also known as Maxis Curation). First we want to start by thanking you all for your amazing contributions to the Gallery. We are deeply in love with the creativity of this wonderful community! Next we would like to shed some light on our procedure, the channels that we commonly use, and the things we consider when reviewing candidates. Also, as an initial note, you should know that we check and test all items before we curate them. There are several things that we check for, as we want all players to have the best experience with your creations. - Households Be innovative with your outfits. We all enjoy Sims with different looks! Households with custom poses will not be curated, unless the Sim or Pet is standing and showing most of the body. Celebrities, public figures, or copyrighted fictional characters cannot be curated. We love backstories! They are not required, but we really enjoy reading the stories you create, and we believe other players do as well. - Lots and Rooms Lots or rooms created using custom content will also not be considered for Maxis Curation. Although we love the incredible things that you do with MOO, not all users are familiar with this cheat. So, when we test these lots/rooms, we do so without enabling any cheats. (Maybe “motherlode”, but don’t tell anyone :D). By doing those checks without MOO, sometimes we encounter different issues that prevent us from doing a Maxis Fave: Overlapping items can cause visual bugs. Make sure there is no flickering by rotating, moving and zooming the camera. Be careful how you arrange your furniture and decoration! We love crowded lots and rooms, but Sims must always be able to interact with every item. Sims should also be able to get into every room of the lot, or any other accessible area, like gardens or pools. Lots and rooms created using MOO can also cause items to disappear after placing them. Keep that in mind. Houses and rooms should appear as they do in the thumbnail. Custom thumbnails will also prevent us from considering your item for curation. We do not curate content that resembles or mentions copyrighted content. We are sorry to that gorgeous castle from Frozen. We are impressed of how creative you can get when resizing items. That’s fine as long as those items are not missing when placing the room/lot or do not flicker. The complexity of the room/lot could be important when considering items for curation. But do not be discouraged! We also love simple rooms or starter lots! Price of the room/lot does not factor into our decision. We do not always test the item on the same lot or season they were created, but this does not impact the likelihood of selection. - General We do not curate anything that violate our Terms of Service. You can find them here. We will only curate original content. Content from other users that has been re-uploaded will not be considered. Please respect your fellow creators. Item description and profile gallery page should not contain any offensive or inappropriate content or language. We really like holiday-based creations! So do not hesitate to build and share all your themed items when those holidays are near! We do not only curate items from established content creators. We also try to highlight newly added items from smaller and unknown creators. Share with Us!
