Hi EA_Darko,
that is exactly what I did and where my information is coming from. I contacted Chat-Support on two occasions and both times I got the same response; they checked my account and could not do anything (remove XBXOX Live account or merge with another account) because I played Apex Legends with it.
So EA (or Respawn) pretty much put me in a deadlock position where I can't use either account fully, and pretty much have to resort to using each account for a specific purpose (which is pretty annoying).
I will only use my accounts from this point on to play my existing games (on account 1) and XBOX Game Pass games (on account 2), but will never buy anything from EA (or Respawn) again.
Sounds salty I know, but from my point of view corresponds exactly to how much I value EA and its services...
