It's unlikely you'll get much help from EA help in this matter.

You could start by asking haemophilus on the pvz2 reddit forum.

If that doesn't work try replaying the level that is supposed to unlock it.

If that doesn't work i would think about uninstalling/ reinstalling it.

Write down/screenshot your player i.d.

I'm on android and i created a Google game account to store my pvz2 data.

If something terrible happens then EA help center can restore your original profile from their backups if you have your player i.d. but it might take a couple of days.

Make sure you have a good wifi connection.
