Update to PVZ 2 12.0.1 and lost all progress
Two weeks ago it was perfect. Today when I opened the game (automatic updated), I have to start from scratch. At first I thought maybe this is part of some sort of new tricks for the version, but then I realised that it couldn’t be. I can still see my “accomplishments” in my Apple Game Center (pic 1), but no matter how I open the game, I just couldn’t get to my old progress. The second picture I attached is even wilder. I couldn’t even access Arena as a newbie, but it shows my winning streak from my last progress?? What is wrong with this app/developer? I couldn’t even email them and get a response. All the AI chat is nonsense. Can someone in the community help me out? Thanks in advance.
I lost my progression and the customer service is so bad
I logined to my account with my email on my new iPad to hope that I could have my progress continue. And now I’m stuck at beginning of the game forever. I report this issue to the EA customer service on Jan 27th 2025, until now I got just an auto reply “we will investigate into it” and it’s done. This is such a bad customer service. i think this is a very serious issue for all the players like me played game for several years and spent hundreds of dollars on the game. But seems like to them it’s just a customer service ticket. i want to get my money back now! I don’t trust EA anymoreHas anyone managed to recover their lost progress on iOS using the EA article?
UGH. Lost all progress of years of daily play (over 30 plants in Mastery, many purchased plants, etc.) back in December. It took the EA Help center 3 WEEKS to recover it. Then again with the latest update, all my progress lost again. I've submitted my case to the help center again, but now there doesn't seem to be a chat option (which I had to use to nag them into fixing my issue last time). So, my question is has anyone successfully recovered their lost progress due to update on iOS? If so, can you walk us through exactly what you did? The article addressing this in the help center doesn't seem to be of help

I updated the game and then the System went to the new account Automatically. but I accidentally pressed the wrong button. Now, the new account has overwritten the progress of my old account. I'm really upset because I can't find the progress of my old account that I've played for five years. New Plants: Frost Bonnet Introducing Frost Bonnet, the newest fire?? Or was that ice?? Actually both: a combo plant that is part of the Winter-mint family! Frost Bonnet can switch between fire and ice bloom. Each mode deals a different damage type allowing it to both set zombies on fire and freeze them solid in a nearby radius. Plant Food Launches a combo fire and ice attack at nearby zombies. Zombies destroyed will turn into an ice wall. Strategy Frost Bonnet deals bonus damage to zombies affected by chill. Tap to toggle between fire and ice stance to maximize its damage. Fun Fact Frost Bonnet has basically two cores or two personalities. The hot head (fire) is always first to jump right into action. While the cool headed (ice) is calculating and plots out its goals thoroughly! Only one of its cores can be active at any time. While one side is active the other is sleeping. Neither side knows exactly what the other is doing or thinking, but they are aware of each other's existence. They can't consciously switch on their own, and not even Penny knows what triggers the switch. Bonus After every zombie battle, every plant chips in to help with yard chores. Some plants help with the recycling. While others help collect the mountain of zombie parts. Everyone plays a part in maintaining Dave’s pristine lawn. Except for Frost Bonnet who is forbidden to help, since it can never decide on what it wants to do next. Timeline: Early Access (in the store): Dec 16 - Dec 29 Available through gameplay: Dec 30 Znake Lily Znake Lily launches tornados to target and transform zombies into plant “zomboids”. As the Znake Lily levels up it can transform zombies into stronger plant “zomboids”. Plant Food Launches multiple tornados to transform zombies into different types of “zomboids”. Strategy Due to Znake Lily’s huge target radius but slow attack speed, it can be a great back to support the defense and instantly remove threats close to Znake Lily. Fun Fact Znake Lily is often observed pranking random people by hypnotizing them with its enchanting gaze. Once it made Dave clean out the whole front lawn as he was being lazy. Till this day Dave thinks that the front lawn magically cleans itself sometimes. Bonus Znake Lily loves the new year because on that day people usually make resolutions to transform their lives for the better. Every year it will read everyone’s resolution and feel great about how people are willing to change themselves in the upcoming year. Znake Lily always wanted to be in the entertainment business and showcase its enchanting magic to the world. But in order to defend the world from zombies, Znake Lily has sacrificed its dream and put its magical talents to protect the world. My Pvz 2 Progress is gone
When I updated on 12.0.1 on my iPad 5th Generation. I thought everything was perfect until when I Launched pvz 2 EA Resetted my Progress! It was hard to beat through the game, I remember when I finished adventure mode,Got All Adventure plants two Gemium plants (Homing Thistle and Fire Peashooter) and Two power mints (Pepper-mint and Reinforce-mint) And I was in the Bronze league in Arena. I had no screenshot taken! Of my account. Could someone help me?Cant access my account
I’ve had a pvz2 account for years and have purchased plants and gems, its been a few months since I played until today but when the app updated It gave me the tutorial and didn’t open my account, I tried accessing it via mail and even deleted the game to get the message of having another account but it never showed my original account. I checked appstore and it shows that i’ve made the purchases, is there a way for me to get my account back?
Lost my progress on pvz2
I recently installed pvz2 again after 1 or more years deleting it. I lost all my plants, mints, and resources. When i clicked the achievement page i saw all achievement i got in the past. I think i dont have any access to account linking before deleting it. Im sure my pvz 2 is linked to my account on google play game (i only have 1 account). Is there any way to restore my account (i have no player id)
