Ads not working - No ads available 2025
Hi Everyone, Am i the only one experiecing this? Since Nov 2024, im unable to enjoy this game since i cant watch any ads, or no ads available as of the moment. But i already did the configuration 1. Clear cache, Clear Data 2. Uninstall 3. Edit ads off and on But nothing is working. Can you please help me? Location: Philippines
Cant complete an achievement
I recently transferred my data onto my iPhone 11 and when I tried to get all achievements in the game On one achievement the complete Ancient Egypt badge I cant get for whatever reason I can do pirate seas and the rest but not ancient egypt I tried restarted it ,refreshed, updated and nothing worked please EA games fix this bug🙏🏻🙏🏻
Arena keeps crashing
In the last 20-30 minutes, I have had 3 Arena battles crash. The app completely closed out and when I went back into it, I had lost the battle even though I was in the lead before it crashed. I tried restarting my phone and it still crashed the third time afterwards. Is anyone else experiencing this? I have an android (Samsung).
Pvz 2 missing real ending history mode,
Hello there developers wanted to sell this idea, I know that in the last months they continue adding plants to the game but I want to say that it is time to stop because if they continue the game will become obsolete due to memory and lack of ideas, they have to add levels again and continue the story of pvz 2 it has been like this for 10 years and still there is no answer from the mysterious rift next to modern times, they should focus on giving an official end to pvz 2 since the game is unfortunately dead and will not stop being so until they hit the nail in the coffin with a worthy ending and final fight against dr. zomboss .... i know is late but, you guys can change the fate of the game ....make this happen please....💙
Game crashing after completing Penny’s Pursuit Battle
My game crashes after I battle in Penny’s Pursuit. It crashes every time I try to collect seed packets in arena. It crashes sometimes when I’m collecting mints in arena. Ever since the introduction of the blaze plant (where I could not play arena for the entire month due to crashing) my game performance is terrible. It is almost unplayable due to the constant crashing. I am unable to send a bug report or ask for help. I play on a Gen6 iPad tablet. I am on the latest iOS (17.5.2 - I think) and the latest version of the game. Any ideas?Did not receive my GEMS reward with special offer
I have been trying to get help for over two weeks now on an issue that I had at the beginning of February with a special offer for extra gems when making a purchase of items from a list of different companies and offers. I have sent multiple copies of my username, member number, receipt for the product I purchased, all to no avail. There have been six different people send me an email saying they will help me so I send them all the information only to get an email the next day from a different person asking for the same thing. I have spent well over $1000 buying gems and tokens to play this game. I am very tired of not getting an appropriate response in a timely manner. I did get gems from two of the other offers but I did not get anything from the third purchase. I hope all your customer service is not like this. It has been very time-consuming and extremely frustrating. I and to the point where I don’t even want to play the game because of being aggravated and resentful of not getting the reward I am supposed to be getting. I have sent multiple emails and responses with no help and no success. I hate to quit the game along with the other ones I play, but I am to the point where it’s just not fun anymore. I would truly appreciate somebody calling me or personally emailing me that can settle this issue and not just have somebody else send me another email that is doing nothing. Delores Ward
