Is there a chance I can recover my pvz2 account
So a few days ago I wanted to start a fresh account for pvz2 so I could play from the start and I did it by backing up the game under a EA account and then deleted the game and downloaded it again which game me the option of choosing between an account with 0 progress and my original account. I went through with it but today I decided I wanted to go back. I did the exact same thing and when I loaded the game it only gave me the option between choosing my most recent account and a new one. I've been noticing this problem for the past few months, in that at the end of every month I still haven't accrued enough to get the last one-or-two days worth of rewards even though I've played every day. This month the problem is more evident, as seen in the first screenshot taken today. Last night after I got a daily calendar reward, it showed a 3-hour timer icon on Blastberry Vine, but today there was no reward and instead it shows a 12-hour timer icon on Blastberry Vine still. Since the latest 12.3.1 game update, whenever I watch ads for seeds via the Find More button in the Almanac, I get frequent crashes when I click the skip button to get the reward. It basically happens after every ad or every other ad. Before the latest update, it used to happen rarely, i.e. maybe once or twice for those 15 ads per day. Also note that the problem doesn't occur when watching those 15 ads per day from the Store for whatever plant is available then. Recently I've had a lot of crashes, especially while receiving rewards, whether it's in Arena or Penny's Pursuit.
