Exact same.

Tried Nvidia HDR settings,

Tried windows native settings, and to make it even more annoying, I must run it in borderless mode, hitting my performance. I was able to play by forcing my nvidia settings to ycb422 the disabling deep color on my display. I paid for this technology, and I've never had to deal with this. I have a 980 ti too, not CPU bound struuuuugling to hit 60 fps on lower settings. Driver optimization is trash tier.

Also sometimes you get a purple, wired inverted color launch... that's the only way I could change the settings to borderless.
