I get to the point when it's 'left-click' to continue in Apex Legends. When I click, I get the below error and game shuts down.
It's the RGB software on our RAM. For some reason, your anti-cheat thinks flashing lights on our RAM sticks = a cheat. I want to play your game just like OP, but if your software thinks I'm cheating just because my RAM lights up, then I'll skip your game on principle. Let's get this fixed.
Your software thinks my MSI motherboard RGB control software is cheating software, this software is the motherboard's own software, I can't shut down or uninstall, because your software thinks my LEDKeeper. Easy Anti-Cheat is third party software that some of our games use to combat cheating. You can find more about the program, here To clarify, this is not related to Origin.
We've since provided feedback that some unintended programs seem to be marked as cheating. This is not something we're able to resolve directly, so I'd recommend to manually disable any software that does get highlighted, so you can continue playing our games.
this is one of the reasons I've stopped buying and playing ea games, i agree it not your problem but these are games you sell and support, so it's part of your problem
