Log file indicates that a newer file exists, both x 86 and x64 did the same file, below is the x86

    Installed version is newer than the ones on Microsoft site. Removed all traces of the origin client, including downloaded installers,  Installed fresh download from the origin website, The Anthem demo downloaded and installed correctly, Mass Effect Andromeda, failed on the same error I have been reporting.

    Well the BBB, and the FTC will have a complaint filed for breach of contract.  Brand new amd system with fresh install of windows 10 pro get the same damn error.

    one of the numerus report ids from this one is (0f326e20c0d00c2c) was filed about 1o mins ago, after I finsh this entry I will be filing, paid for game, cannot even download, no one has looked ad the log file I pasted and it still happens, your suggestions are garbage, plain garabage.

    When replying to a CM or any use please use the tagging system to tag the user @Loadtheirig. You can do so by hitting @ and then entering the name or selecting it from the drop-down.

    The error you are seeing points to an issue with your VC++ install, did you reinstall the files as I suggested?

    Did you even look at the log or what I posted.  I rebuilt the system from scratch with build 1809 windows 10 pro, installed origin before any other app, only windows updates. SAME ERROR AT THE SAME TIME!!!!!!!  If you would take the time to look at the log I posted at the end it states Cannot install on newer file, or something to that extent. It is your C++ version check that is screwing the pooch. Even the files on the C++ website are the same version that the WINDOWS 10 BASIC INSTALL DROPS IN.

    Do a little home work before you try and tell me it is my system, I owned an IT company for 17 years.  I get completely insulted when a tech DOES NOT DO HIS OR HER HOMEWORK BY AT LEAST LOOKING AT THE POSTS.

    Please get your supervisor.  I will not deal with you anymore!
