Are you on a closed network such as a University, Corporate or Military?

You might try restarting your router and maybe also using Google Public DNS:

    Thanks again. No I'm not on a closed network. I tried restarting the router but that did not help either.

    I will try contacting the adviser again.

    @granpont Did you get any help? I’m having all the same issues now. Mines saying Netherlands when I’m in UK
