I tried the android trouble shooting tips , but unfortunately the only app that isn’t working is PvZ2. Now 3 of my kids have the same device ( Gigaset qvc830) and all play PVZ2. We have never had this happen with any issue on this game until 11/29 when 2 of my son’s each made a purchase within one minute on their device . Our first son in app purchase had a issue where only partial bundle came through ( I contacted developer help and they fixed it immediately -awesome job )... this son I’m writing about now after purchasing cactus hasn’t been able to open up app since . Very strange -other 2 devices aren’t havig issues opening .
The only step I couldn’t follow for android tip is the uninstall and reinstall . I think this would fix , but the problem is he’s not logged in to an account , so if I uninstall - he will loose the 2 gem items that are no longer offered ( ghost pepper and peanut ). I can’t get his player ID because I can’t get th game to open .
Is it possible , from his purchase on 11/29 , the developer could find his ID based on the recent transaction number which is when this issue started and add back his 2 special items ?
