Graphics drivers are pretty old:

Sound drivers are very old:

You have a potential audio device conflict, with two at once:

            WHQL Logo'd: Yes
          Date and Size: 12/19/2013 18:45:50, 94720 bytes 
 
That's all I personally saw happening in there.

    I got in to the game now, still the same movement issues.

    i also reinstalled the game. still the same laggy movment........... The game has worked without any problems for so long and without any changes done to the game,the computer or anything it suddenly screws up and starts lagging up the movment ? What the **bleep** ?
