@zer0Rem0rse I wonder if it's some type of sync error between the devices. What happens when you get some Perks on one device and then switch to the other device without closing Penny's Pursuit. Do the Perks show up on the second device?
I haven't tried that. I always close the game by exiting it (not force closing it) and wait a good minute before opening it up on the other tablet. But i lose perk points when playing on the one device, even within the one gaming session, as i posted above. The 4 screenshots above shows the perk points being cleared within the one gaming session. They were literally 4 screenshots in a row,within 1 minute.
So the perk points get cleared within the one gaming session, as above, or if i exit the game and get into the game again on the same device, or on another device. Everything causes the points to be cleared, and the upgrades to be lost. Hope this helps diagnosis.

contact EA from links at bottom of screen and report your bug with the screenshots
I am certain there are many bugs to be worked out slowly but surely by EA if only users provide the information

Well my view is until this is fixed, I can't see spending time in pursuit. I'll just collect my 5 gems and try to do Mild Zomboss on both profiles. Big Pig might pass Spicy with no perks but no guarantees.
If I close game or even switch profiles, perks disappear and I like to play at most 5 games at a time before switching to something else.
Yep i clicked to report a bug, and followed the options and this is where EA dumped me. Guess they don't want to know about bugs. Oh well, I'm over Penny's Pursuit anyway. Without the progress saving it's crap.
- @linuxPigPen I am not even bothered with the perks. I play level 2 medium each day to fill up the meter for zomboss then off i go~~~ you only get coins with replays after that anyway~ so its only the first pass prizes that we are all after and the zomboss seeds for me~ the perks reset each week anyway so it doesn't really matter. It helps if you are trying to do the extra spicy levels but other than that, it doesn't really matter~
- @Perfume-shroom92 It's my understanding that perks are cumulative throughout the week. By the end of the week, the perks should be able to help you pass Extra Spicy in the regular games as well, enabling you to collect those rewards.
- @linuxPigPen I have collected all the rewards from all the difficulties... with level 1 perk....the only thing i can't do is the extra spicy zomboss level....i have given up on that and is just playing the medium zomboss level each day. Less seeds but at least i am getting them instead of failing extra spicy zomboss and getting just coins...

@annekimco981 if you report a bug through the EA HELP CENTER then they will just pass it on to whoever deals with bugs and you won't get any kind of response or acknowledgement from them.
They seldom read the official forum as far as i know and EA HELP will tell you to consult this forum to avoid doing their jobs.
Whatever bug or problem you have it's probably been posted and discussed before and to be frank the old timers like me are fed up of seeing dozens of posts from newbies complaining about the same issue.
Just because I haven't posted in the forums before doesn't mean I'm "newbie". I just keep reading about Penny's Pursuit progress not being saved and all I see is people complaining they can't get any help. I've been playing a Looooooooooooooooooooooooooong time, Zombies and Simpson's...ticks me off that I can no longer complete the Penny's Pursuit (especially when its extended like now) to reap all the rewards. Should have just shut my yap huh? Old Timer?
