Hey @PajeetPatel due to the current world climate there are some restrictions on contacting our live support.

You will need to speak with one of our chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

To  speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat.

    Already shot the EA Twitter a DM, waiting for a response. It seems that the live chat option is available for one of my cases again, I will try you guys again tomorrow. I understand that you guys must be dealing with the difficult times we're in and I will patiently wait until my issue gets resolve.

    I have issues contacting support as well -- 

     
    • I have turned off all pop-up blockers,
    • Rebooted my laptop,
    • Tried 3 different browsers and
    • Cleared cache and history across the board.  
    • I have tried Chat, Call Back and even sent in email to support with ZERO results and having waited online for multiple hours for Calls/Chats (at time of request Chat hold time was 17 min and Call back was at 0 min. 
    • I get emails only when I say I want to reset my password, but nothing from support regarding the problem.

    This feels beyond frustrating. And I must say I feel it is a bit of scam as no emails are sent per the stated process when asking for a call or to even confirm the ticket has been open as a point of reference.  

    Seriously some one Please Help!!!!!!

    Is there anyway to directly call support to sort out this issue? I have content that isn't accessible and an inability to do anything on the site

    Sorry to hear that you are having issues @L71Leal.

     

    I tested it there and was able to set up a chat, callback or email support without issue.

     

    Can you ensure that you are following these steps exactly when trying to contact support:

    Click on your product Origin

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Can't log in

     

    Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.

     

    If it does not work then you can use a Voice-Over-IP service like Skype or Google Voice and contact our UK support directly, it is best to set your location to the country you are contacting also. The UK support number is  +44 203 0141818  and is available 9AM-9PM GMT, Monday through Saturday.

     

    Let me know how you get on.

    Hi Darko -- 

    Thanks for the advice.  I have followed the steps exactly:  Origin, PC, Manage My Account, Can't Log In -- and still do not get connected to either Chat support or receive a callback.  On the call back I get this message:

    We received your information      

    An EA Advisor will call you. We sent you an email with a link so you can access this case again.  

    Note: For the call back the case number was: #893843575

    No email has been sent for the call and while wait time when I opened the chat case option said 68 min, Well over 90 passed and still no chat opened.

    Additionally I dialed the support number, during support hours, using my skype account and my mobile.  I get a fast busy sound so not sure what the issue is there.  I will try again tomorrow morning after 9 am GMT again.  Any other suggestions?

    Hey @L71Leal the best thing to do is to set up a call back, that way you can go about your day and one of our live support advisers will call you back.

    Quick update: Still no email and I have tried to dial the number for UK support, (+44 20 3014 1818) during business hours multiple times with no success. I receive a fast busy no matter the time of day I call. Is this the correct number or is it still active?

    I have yet to receive an email confirmation of the tickets I have opened via this method. Additionally when accessing My Cases, they do not present there either.

    I would deeply appreciate your comments or suggestions.

    Hi @EA_Darko 

    I will try it once again, however the 4 times I have tried to get a call back It has failed no call returned that day or the following.  Additionally my cases opened for Chat, Call back, and even email do not show up in "My Cases" nor do I get an email from support for my reference.  The only emails I am getting after posting in this help center.  ☹️  Help me EA_Darko, you are my only hope!

    Hey @L71Leal I tested it there and while support is closed I could still see the option to contact just greyed out and a message to say try during the opening hours. Can you screenshot just what it is that you are seeing?

    I see the option to contact and use it, however I do not get a response to any contact method:  Email, Chat, Phone...  Attached is some screenshots: My opening of a case then checking for my open cases and seeing nothing.  Additionally while the opening of a case says I will get an email with a link to the case, the only email I am getting regarding my issue is based on updates on this thread.  ☹️  In short my requests do not get actioned from any aspect I can see:  No Call Backs for Call Back tickets -- No Email received from Email Tickets - No Chat's opened on Chat tickets -- and No Emails to refer to any ticket number opened for any in >2 months this issue has been ongoing


    I could give a partial list of tickets if that would be helpful -- but I am near the end of my rope with issue not resolved and my complete inability to access my existing owned games, purchase new or interact outside of this forum.  

    Help!  ☹️

  • @L71Leal My issue was resolved when I reset my browser and I removed all my extensions, but I don't see any plugins in your screenshot so I don't know if that'll help here.
    Also it might not be a good idea to put your phone number up on a public form haha

    Thanks for the heads up (sending a virtual hug for that) I have removed the one attachment --

    My issue is slightly different than yours, as I have yet to get any response even by email and call back request. I am normally very patient, however after 2 months of not being able to get to any of my games, and getting no response except via this forum I am near the end of my rope.....

    Any other thoughts?

    Last time when I was receiving very little response from these guys, I DM'd them on Twitter. They didn't respond there either, but that could be because my Twitter handle doesn't match up with my EA username, and I had a very stupid profile picture (so they immediately thought it was spam or something, benefit of the doubt blah blah blah).
    My specifc problem was that I was using DuckDuckGo as my search engine, and their browser add-on blocked the trackers that EA needs to make the chat box pop up and connect to a support member.
    If that's not your issue, just keep trying the Skype phone number or whatever, hopefully there's someone at EA support that'll take notice and hit you up regarding your issue.

  • Hi @EA_Darko i need help with changing an old email address attached to my EA account. The old email is not recoverable and your “live chat 💬 service doesn’t work. Telephone number doesn’t work.
