Gaining achievements via XBox LIVE was down yesterday. All should be well today. I signed on to have a bunch of achievements unlocked that should have been unlocked on other games I played yesterday.
I did have to re-do an achievement on Netflix though. You may have to redo yours. Try clearing your system cache (5 times in a row) and recover your profile. Make sure you only delete your profile and do not delete "profile and items"

Hi Xbox members, we’re aware that some users are currently experiencing issues with Leaderboards and Achievements. Additionally we are aware that users are unable to upload Worlds in Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition. Our team is engaged and working hard to get these issues fixed ASAP.
