Re: When Will EA Help Respond to my Case?

@CarbonCarl Okay, I'll wait to see if I hear from them sometime next week.

As for the ban, yeah, I knew it was probably gonna be a longshot to get them to lift the ban, but I have to try because I know I didn't do anything. Unfortunately, I don't have any screenshots of my account before it got hacked since, well...I didn't know this was going to happen (I do have some clips of funny moments with my friend playing the game that capture what my Apex account looked like before, but I don't know if those would be appropriate to use). The only thing I have that could remotely be hard evidence is the history on my device, as I hadn't played Apex for 4 days during the time my account got hacked. I would hope EA has a history of the devices used on their end, cause in that case, I could definitely prove it wasn't me, but I'm just being hopeful...

Also, in terms of contacting them again in the event they don't get back to me, do you know a place or number I can call to get in direct contact with them? I tried searching it up before to no avail but maybe I wasn't paying attention enough. If you know I place I can call them or live chat them maybe that would be great, but if not, don't worry about it.

Hey @ShayButta21 for all issues relating to a ban or sanction you will need to speak to our Terms of Service team.

The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

    1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Fill out any other details below.
      • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    6. Click Select contact option.
    7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

    Sorry for the late reply.

It is difficult especially if your case is genuine, unfortunately it's out of everyone's hands on here and only the ToS team can investigate as Darko mentioned.

Did you manage to receive a reply to your case yet?
  • I didn't get a reply yet, but I did call them earlier today and they expedited my case so I'll see what they say when they eventually reply to me.

Did you ever get a response? And I don't suppose you could put the number that you had phoned in here too?

Hey @TomYoung881 the only team who can assist with a ban on your account is our TOS team.

You can appeal your ban by following the steps I posted above.
