Re: Game crashes
The game crashes whether I am playing in the arena or penny pursuit or the weekly challenges! My iOS is updated as well as the game. Help!

I play on iPhones and have been experiencing this problem since 10.4.x update.
The workaround is to re-install the game to clear the corrupted data from the forced ads and server data linkage checks. Before you are going to do any re-installation, I strongly suggest you should do the two most important things listed below.
1) Note down your player ID. (Just incase you need to contact EA Help Center for assistances.
2) Register your email so you can recover your game saved progress either back onto the curret device or on another device.
For item 1) if you can no longer open the game due to constantly crashing, you can find your PvZ2 player ID from the IOS settings menu via:
Settings > PvZ2 > PLAYER INFO > PlayerID. (this consists of 5 sets of codes)
