Ok, OK, settle down, the actual question is: 

where are you playing from? you see, if you are trying to connect to servers that are on the other side of the world, then you are going to be having the worst gaming experience because those servers are based in a certain area so that there can be Lag-free play around the world and faster connection. if you are trying to access, a server location, which has just 130 ping, Just Stop!!!!!!! stick with the server has the smallest ping number, that will give you the best play. (I am terribly sorry to break the news to you but all the stuff you have been doing was a waste of time, I am sorry but there is no better way to put it.) so there you have it. just stick with the server that has the smallest Ping, and in my opinion, just stick with whatever is below 70.
