I fixed mine Finally went to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-US/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170 and downloaded and installed the X86.exe and the X64.exe C++ visual files did not even have to reload game it opened and installed the existing download that would not work GAME WORKS OPS CHK OK worked for me hope this helps

Worked for me too. Didn't install ARM, only installed x86 and x64 versions (Windows 10, GTX10603GB version here), worked within a minute of reading Graybeard's post! No Restarting of windows required. Thank you!!!
