2's are not wild at any point in the Spades HD game and there is no option to make them so. Aces are highest with Kings next then queens on down to 2's, in that order, as default.

There is an option for the person hosting a table, under "Game Settings/Game Rules", to select that 2's be made the highest ranking card in each suit. To do this click the Host Game button under the "Host a Game" option once you start a new game then select your Table settings. Next to the underlined "Table Settings" is "Game Settings". Click on this then you'll see "Game Rules". The very first option will be whether you wish 2's to be the highest ranked card in each suit. Simply select yes or no then finish your Game Settings then move on to Advanced Settings and do the same. Once you're happy with all your option selections click back to "Table Settings", scroll down to the bottom and click the box next to "Reuse options for next time." if you wish to use these same options going forward. You can customize them again at any time if you so desire.

Now, to assign a fellow player to your same team if you so wish here's how. This is not explained anywhere in any instructions I've found so far:

After setting up a table as host, when the player count reaches 2/4 or more and you see your fellow player(s) appear in the chat box under Who's Here hit Start Game. Then you'll see the player assignments with bots filling in for any remaining player positions depending on how many humans are actually playing. Click next to the name of someone you want to reassign to another team and an icon with two arrows circling each other will appear next to all names. Then click on the position you want to reassign the player in question to whether it's below your name on the same team or another's on the other team and the positions will switch. You will see the new team assignment(s) immediately. You only have a very limited time to perform this function.
