@iluminatethesky I also tested these solutions but it did not work either.

I think it really comes from Nvidia because all the people who have this problem has an Nvidia, my wife has an AMD and has absolutely no problem.

Its been a week now... I could understand if this was a minor bug but this is game breaking.

Yeah, the worst part is I was enjoying myself a lot, even mentioned to a few buds they should consider trying it but I had to rescind that recommendation.

Hopefully they were just having a little break after launch and now they are ready to jump back in and get this looked at ASAP.

I see a TwitchUI.Exe in your Windows Error Reporting. It can be related to Twitch software but some malware can show up as TwitchUI too under processes, please run virus scans on your PC and try uninstalling Twitch software before launching the game again to see if that helps avoid the crashes.

Any way you can update your Windows 10 build to the latest version and update your video card driver? If there are pending updates waiting to be installed in the background that can conflict with games while they're running.

Search "Windows Updates" in the taskbar search bar so you can get the latest version.

hello if you look well at the DxDiag of each person who provided it (as I just did) you will see that they all have a Nvidia graphics card, sorry to tell you that but it will be time to ask the right questions because from the beginning I said the problem comes Nvidia graphics cards because those who have an AMD do not have this problem.

As on the French part of EA there is no response from the staff, I came on the English speaking where I got answers from the staff but did not solve the problems, so I turned Nvidia I was able to chat live with them and since I contacted them, I will come back when Nvidia DEV team will have a solution to share it with those who have the same concerns.

I have same problem but on Radeon rx570. So it isn't only nvidia problem.

It's probably just a coincidence but the very first time I tried the mission I did get very far (seems to have gotten shorter and shorter) so I have been trying to see If I can avoid the cause of the freeze in my non-technical minded way.

So far its not based on what character you play as, what you put in the pots, not looking at the clones doesn't seem to change anything, and keeping Zen off of your screen does nothing. Doesn't seem to matter if I'm looking at the floor, a wall, the door or if I run off far enough to where I can't even defend it there is the freeze.

Doesn't seem to be a "graphical" thing, must be a script or something going outta control but then again I haven't been scientific or anything haha.

@deha77Since the beginning of these problems with this game you are the first that I see that concerns about the same game with a Radeon, but that said I think it's a coïnsidence because my wife also has a Radeon and she does not meet any worries with the game everything works perfectly well.

Check if you do not have any graphics card or motherboard updates to make at first.

Desde el comienzo de estos problemas con este juego, eres el primero en ver las preocupaciones sobre el mismo juego con un Radeon, pero dicho eso, creo que es una confianza porque mi esposa también tiene un Radeon y no conoce a ninguno se preocupa con el juego, todo funciona perfectamente bien.

Comprueba si no tienes ninguna tarjeta gráfica o actualizaciones de la placa base para hacer al principio.

Not even really mad anymore, moved on to indifference. I appreciate the EA reps that did try to help out, I know its not on you guys at all.

With Sims expansions costing as much as a new game in my country now I have let that series go and when I do try to give Origin another chance its a 3 week game breaking bug that's not given any sort of urgency and is coupled with a very restrictive refund policy....

Like I said the CS are all great, thanks a bunch for trying to help us all out. Good luck to the folks who still have some enthusiasm to play.

It's incredible that a year later I'm having the same problem, guess they didn't fix it.. 

I am having the same issue on Xbox as well.

When I get to the battle zentrification level as soon as he goes into meditation the game will not progress
