Hi @hellga99kb, I wanted to check if you are still unable to access the pogo forums?

  • Hi @EA_Illium , I can get into the forums now though specific topics are very, very slow to load.  

    However the underlying issue of badges giving out "unknown error" message and then the long delay between gems being  taken out of our accounts and badges being awarded is persisting. It's been a week now and my tickets I opened with Pogo Help are being ignored/closed without any action or comments.  I will not buy anything else until this issue is resolved.

    Now the forums load up, but I cannot see anything newer than 2011 and I cannot sign it, it keeps kicking me back to the same screen.  There is obviously something messed up.

    I am having that problem as well

    when I go to the pogo forums I have sign in button as well and when I try to sign in for the forums it just keeps taking me back and still showing the sign in button and not signing me in

    If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information

     

    • Screenname:
    • What Device are you using?
    • Which web browser do you play on?
    • Do you get an error message at all?

    Not having issues with games I am talking about pogo member helping member forums which they are not working again I am again getting 504 Gateway Time-out it is getting old

    Getting 504 Timeout error trying to get into the forums.

    This has slowly been getting worse until it is now to the point can't get in.

  • Gateway errors are almost constant..
    yesterday and today I have not been able to view the Service Update which takes me to the Forum. All I ever get are Gateway errors. This issue has been going on for months. Inconsistent, yes, sometimes I can get in, but its either a slow response or a Gateway error DAILY.
    Why do you ask the users what device they are on when it is always EA's issue? LOL

    Mac vers 14.3.1
    Firefox 123.0.1
    On screaming fast FIOS - no issues with internet or WiFi
    All other websites respond, with page changes as requested. ITS ALWAYS EA errors.

    PLEASE fix this.
