Hello at this time this appears to be the way the game is designed. There are a few players who are in the 300-600+ levels and the locks remain closed.

Can you share a bit more please? What level are you at? Could you pop up a screenshot too? Sometimes it can help to get a visual on what you're seeing to better understand what might be happening.

Hoping someone can help.

I started playing Matching Moments from the beginning and was enjoying it and finished chapters very quickly.  Was wondering why a game would be introduced that was unfinished but here we are.

Game was rolled back and I had to repeat from the beginning however, levels were not rolled back.  

After finishing available chapters game was rolled back again, but levels untouched.

I also purchased the Season Pass for christmas which I have completed but have lost the decorations that were awarded.

I have attached 2 screen pics to show where I am at now.

you will notice in second pic that 4 of 4 chapters finished in Area 4 but blue line not complete and will not let me proceed to the next chapter.

I have been in contact with Pogo Sconnie, who told me it was fixed, it was not and is now on leave for xmas.  

I am at the point where I am prepared to start again from scratch even from Level 1, prepared to lose coins and power ups just to sort this out.

Hoping someone can help.

Hi, I  completed Level 951. It says I have completed 4/4 in Area 04. but it won't unlock Area 05. So frustrating! Please advise. Inserting screen shot. Thanks. 

Matching Moments re-set.  Because of the chapter re-set but not the levels I am now stuck with no more star levels, unable to move onto the next chapter which is available, I bought the gold ticket and unable to see decorations awarded.  I have tried cache clean outs etc but no change.  The only solution I can think of is to reset both the chapters and levels to the beginning and start again, I am prepared to lose coins and powerups won just to be able to play this game.  See screen shots.  regards Aussie Deb.

I am re-posting this in hope of at least an acknowledgment, and hopefully a fix.  

I have been on level 951 since before Christmas. It is not advancing to next levels or allow me to save stars to pick new items. Can you please fix this. Same room that it is in.

Can I get a response to my post that I made a month ago please??? I also posted in Pogo forums twice and NOTHING there either! I also messaged you EA_Lanna...no response there either. 

I have the same issue. I posted here over a month ago with no response and I also posted twice on Pogo forums AND messaged EA_Lanna with NO response. This is b/s customrer service!

Apologies for the delay in replying here. Thank you so much for sharing this is happening for you on level 951, and attaching images to help share a visual of it. That is really helpful information.

I passed on your reports about this initally and have bumped it since, but so far, there's no updates to share. I'll do my best to keep you posted when I do have something.
