Hey I had this issue too, the problem is Google play games, in my case its not because of multiple accounts, if you are having this issue then I found the solution'First you must uninstall simcity built it, then I recommend plugging your tablet, android, iPhone, etc.... Into your computer, turn on USB storage, then search your device, for the word 'sim' once you have found the folder delete it and any contents in it, if it doesn't delete then simply move the folder to another folder, now unplug it, now do this : (unsure if this helped but its what i did) (then use your device to go to Google play games, find simciy built it, click on the x and unlink it to Google play games,) now head back to Google play, reinstall the game, finally play the game, finish part of the tutorial till you are able to get Daniels city go back to your city, and click on the friends button if it has login Facebook, choose Facebook do not try Google login ever again till they find a fix, Something is wrong with that app... Now it should prompt you with a option to choose the city you were working on before the error occurred.but I think it will only prompt you if you had logged in with Facebook first.
