Can't find minerals storage
I can't see or build the mineral wealth store that I see at some players.

Not everyone has it yet. You'll get a notification when you can build it.
Geez! Not another store!
It's not a store - it's a change to storage, which splits Factory Items into their own storage (Material Storage) separate from Shop Items, which remain in City Storage.
Trust me. You don't want it.
