@fiferox  -  Your dxdiag shows that you both Origin and SimCity are hanging. It appears that the programs are being blocked from the internet, I don't think it's completely installed for some reason. Did you follow the instructions to copy the install files? Make sure you've logged out of SimCity and Origin completely, then reboot your computer and make certain that you can connect to the Internet.

Copy Update Files to SimCity folder. Go to Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\SimCity\SimCityUserData\Patches\UpdatedApp Select all files (Ctrl-A) and copy (Ctrl-C). Go to \Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\SimCity and paste (Ctrl-V). Choose to overwrite any files that already exist.

Just to test, turn off your antivirus program. Open Origin, click on the Origin menu and make sure it's online (if it says "go online, then do so). Right-click the SimCity icon and choose "repair".  Once it's done the repair, then launch the game again. When the game is online, it will have 2 tabs - one for solo game and one for multiplayer. If you don't see the tabs, then something is still blocking the game.

If you still don't have a full option menu, try a Clean Boot and attempt to launch SimCity. If it launches, you'll have some detective work to do. Enable one startup program at a time, reboot, try SimCity, until you find the program that is blocking it. Once you find the offending program, disable or uninstall it. You should be able to launch SimCity successfully without doing the clean boot after disabling the offending program.

Definitely post back and let us know whether something worked. Good luck!

First I just want to say thank you for your help. Then for the problem I was suspecting my SSD to fail (i think he erase the file because a lot of software that was working don't work) so i bought a new one and instal windows and now all work.
