This looks to be a scam message as it is not how we handle bans. Please do not call that number and do not give them any personal information. You're also welcome to contact an advisor by opening a case here so they can look over your account for any issues.

    I have received that same message over 6 times

    The one today states they will charge my on file credit card $1000 for failing to call that phone numbert.

    Thanks for letting us know that it is a scam.

    They hacked your site.
