Hey Everyone, 

Thanks for sharing your experience with the community! If you are still seeing progress save issues with Pogo Daily Sudoku please try the following steps. 

Spoiler
  • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
  • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
  • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
  • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
  • Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari

If the issue continues and you have not already please share the information below:

  • Screename:
  • Device Make/Model:
  • Which Web Browser (and Version) is being used:
  • Are you getting an Error Message? (If so what is it)

    Screen name:  Both of my accounts are having this problem.   beendere2 (started 6/7/23) and beenderedonedat_ (started 6/29/23)

    Device Make/Model:  I use 2 devices and am having the same issue on both.  Apple iPad Pro (3rd edition). IPadOSVersion 16.5.1. and a Dell Inspiron 3793 laptop with Windows 10 Home

    Web Brower: Safari on iPad and Microsoft Edge Version 114.0.1823.79 on laptop

    Error Message:  No error message…. Progress just isn’t saved

    No difference whether private mode is turned on or off

    • Device Make/Model:  MacBook Pro 15" 2018, running macOS 13.4.1
    • Which Web Browser (and Version) is being used:  Firefox 115.0.2; also tried Safari 16.5.1
    • Are you getting an Error Message? (If so what is it)   no error message

    I cleared browser cache both places.  It would appear my progress is no longer saved under my name.  If I just time out, and have to refresh due to the other bug, when I come back in, my progress is gone.  I've played one game most days this month including today, when I did the beginner game for the 18th.  I then timed out, reloaded, and look at all the progress it doesn't show...  Also attached is a screenshot from July 4 after I did the games that day.

    happening since July 10

    • Which Web Browser (and Version) is being used: Edge latest version
    • Are you getting an Error Message? (If so what is it) No

    Issue of days not remaining unlocked has been happening since June 18th 2023. No progress possible on the weekly special despite completing everyday to see if the issue has been resolved.  I can see that this game is due to be a challenge in a couple of weeks, hope these issues can be fixed before then.
