Solitaire Home Story says 17 years to get bonuses

Back late April, SHS glitched and could not play at all...tried the usual..deleted cache, cookies,hisory. Even tried another browser. Nothing. Attempted to contact someone. Useless. Finally the game allowed me to play, but said 17 years (as of July21, 2025, am down to 6,153 days) before I can get bonuses...ie, spin the wheel, daily tasks, chores. My favourite game, and getting down hearted. Almost did not renew, but since could at least play now, had hoped the other problems would also clear up. So far, just getting very unhappy. Had to use my gems to finish the challenge I was in, but do not want to use my remaining few to continue. Having already paid to continue membership, do not feel I should have to pay more to play this game. Help appreciated.
