Re: please explain why Pogi's exist

Hi @dianagentile

Thanks for taking a moment to reach out to the community and sharing your feedback on Pogi's.

There are no plans to return to the Token system or convert Pogi's into tokens. However, I would be happy to pass feedback along to the team about how you're finding Jet Set Solitaire versus other games on Pogo.

Out of curiosity, is there something specific you would like changed in Jet Set, or what kind of changes would you like to see?

Cheers,

Frankly, there are a few Pogo "things": that confound me.  For example, there is usually an extraordinary number of points needed in most games to go to the next level...this large number implies that it is a big deal to get to the next level; yet, when you do, you are ahem , 'rewarded' with the phrase " you are now on Level 10"...Big deal...shouldnt there be a gift of some sort or perhaps not make the journey to the next level one of a million miles???

Here are some of the things i have noticed specific to certain. Pogo  games....please accept these as suggestions rather than a negative, critical assessment of the games.

    First.....Jet Set Solitaire

When you go to buy the power ups, there should be a way to purchase a bundle rather than go through the buying process 20 times if you want twenty extra passes...it takes forever to buy a bunch!!  I think the "undo" and VIP  features can be purchased in bulk but the boosters are individual only...takes forever!!  Also, it is close to impossible to score the maximum number of stars without using at least one booster that, of course, must be purchased!

    Second: JUNGLE GIN

Totally infuriating!!!!  When the opponent wins, i can have a bunch of hgher worth cards in  my hand or pehaps low scoring cards and usually, a combination of the two,  When i get Gin and inherit the remaining cards in my oppenent's hand, there is a plethora of 3's and 3's and RARELY a picture card worth 10 points or an Ace worth 15.  I have often gotten 6 cards from my opponent with a total of 25 points whereas 6 cards from me might equal 55!!!  it is so obvious it is ridiculous,,,i dont know how that passed any kind of reality test from the creators of the game!! Think about it....mathematically, a deck has 52 cards. There are a total of 12 cards worth 120 points and the 4 aces are worth 60 points.  If you add Aces and pic cards together, you get 16 cards totally 180 points.  There is NO way that the 16 cards, which represent over 32% of the deck are RARELY seen!!  Again, try it yourself...you  will see that if you are left 6 cards, not  one will be over 8 points!!

    Ridiculous!

These are , i admit, small issues but very bothersome when you play the games on a regular basis...it also makes me feel like the administrators think the players are idiots.  Thanks for welcoming my feedback..  I appreciate it!    Diana
