Canasta Cheaters

My screen has frequently become "frozen" th the extent that the "action" buttons, ie stand,  score, info and side buttons work, but I can't pick up a card or the pile. When the timer runs down to zero, I am not given the option to play or extend.  This leaves me with the only option to stand/quit the game, resulting in a loss of game points. Incidentally this seems to happen when I am playing a high ranking player and I am winning.

This has has happened enough that I have gone from a steady high 1,000s(almost 1100 a few times) to as low as 820. I'm not sure if this is a player or a game problem, but it is becoming more and more frustrating. This game brings back a lot of family nostalgia and is one of the reasons that I have remained a member for so long. 

Same here and since EA took over years ago now it's a given sorry to say. 

I been playing Canasta and been a long time pogo customer lately in members only room in middle of game loose cards out of hand and get frozen out when I am beating other player been happening a lot with higher player when they are loosing  is there a trick to this madness not paying for this to happen not fair 

This happens to me to the exact same thing.only when they are losing. I've reported but EA games does nothing about it!! I'd leave pogo if I knew of another place to play canasta. 

This happens to me to from these cheaters sire lovers. What can you do? I've reported them but nothing gets done to fix them

I have reported to the correct team and made many cases about the cheaters. But you've done nothing about it!! 40$ bucks a year is lot to pay for lot if cheaters in the canasta game in pogo games

i would like to know why canasta dealers are cheating. they pick certain players and give them all wilds and all red 3s all the time so some of us can never win. need different way of dealing out cards . and to many players are freezing the games everytime they start to loose. need watchers in the canasta games. this would be very helpful
