I am sorry that you are having this issue like so many of us. Have you tried clearing your cache, cookies, and history, and then restarting your computer? This has worked for some players (but not all). Here is a video on how to do that if you need assistance.

Pogo is aware of the issue otherwise and they are working with their third party site to fix it. If the possible solutions don't work for you, then you will have to wait until the next update.

As a tip...I've noticed that energy accumulates until it hits 100, and then it goes right back to 0. So, more frequent check-ins with the game might help you if that works with your schedule 🙂
