Word Whomp is not loading

Word Whomp is not working properly You know you have typed the word but when time runs out almost every game the word you found is showing that u didn't find!  Would be nice if this could be fixed soon

I'm having the same problem - keeps saying error and I just bought a badge☹️

Can't load word whomp either after buying a badge!??

since we were having problems with loading issues, POGO should give us the  credit for doing the badge. It should be like this for all loading game issues we have. We pay for yearly subscriptions and should not keep having problems with games most of the time.

Maybe its time to get rid of the clowns who maintain these games, and hire some competent people.  Your maintenance history is a joke.

⚓Kindly note, not all players are experiencing loading issues, some have reported just waiting a bit longer, the game does load for them. Please know this has been reported and more information is needed.

I double checked the game on my side for all of us and it loaded and played as designed. Let's try to get everyone's going too with a few troubleshooting steps!

There have been a lot of updates on the site lately, when we see this the first thing is immediately:

Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: This should be done every day if not every other day on a browser-based gaming site. Going a step further and deep cleaning your device never hurts either.

Why cache clearing helps with browser games:

When you visit Pogo, your browser stores temporary files (cache) and website data (cookies) to make future visits faster (for each game we play). However, Pogo regularly updates their games with new features, security patches, and performance improvements.

This is why the same game can work perfectly for some players (who have current cached data) while not loading for others (who have outdated cached files).

• Your browser is still using old, stored files from previous visits
• Pogo's servers are sending new, updated information
• These don't match up, causing loading conflicts

Browser Updates: Most major browsers update every 4-6 weeks sometimes on their own, at other times it is waiting for our approval. It's always a good idea to check to see if ours needs updating - These updates can change how browsers handle website code and features. I am a windows user, and our devices here have gone through 3 updates this week, ugh. 🗝️ Browser updates and browser-based gaming.

Power Cycling: Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. Doing this once a week or even biweekly can make a noticeable difference. Many of us leave our routers running 24/7, giving them a break helps refresh the connection.

🖥️ The combo effect - When you power cycle AND clear your browser cache together, you're giving yourself the cleanest possible environment for browser gaming - fresh device memory, cleared browser data, and reset network connections!
